The food is good. Mostly eat breakfast items when we go. Service is hit and miss. Seems as if no matter how many employees they have on staff, it takes forever to get someone to the table. Once they arrive, it seems to improve. So, as long as you have the time and plan, you will be waiting a bit. No problems.

Restaurant is filthy! Layers of dust on the blinds, floor is black and my shoes stick to the floor as I walk across it and the bathroom is disgusting! I can’t imagine what the food prep area looks like if this is what’s visible to customers! Went at 11am and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all, yet we had to walk to the counter to get our refills. Waitress didn’t seem to care to wait on any tables. Woman in grill area had gloves on and was holding a cellphone in one hand and talking on speakerphone and went back to preparing food without changing gloves! Our cups were FILTHY with food crusted on the inside! This place needs an inspection badly! I saw on the front door it was a privately owned franchise, so the owners should be a little more concerned about this location!! GROSS!

After standing at the counter for at least 10 minutes, we were asked if we were eating in. This was after the female at the counter walked by twice. She then proceeded to ring a gentleman up who was behind us. Then we were told I could seat you, but it would be 20 minutes before we could get to you. Left and went to Bob Evans and enjoyed breakfast there. Your loss not mine.
