This location’s pizza is always great! Pickup is always a terrible experience due to how management rarely ever steps in to help customers, let alone their employees to solve simple issues. Delivery is the best option here

Ordered a pizza with feta, first pizza had no feta. I brought it back in and simply pointed out that it was missing, even told them they could keep the first pizza, just wanted it the way I ordered it and that I would be back in a bit. Came back and the second pizza had so much feta on top that it was inedible and also completely obvious that it was done in jest and just to be spiteful. I saw nothing wrong with pointing out that my order was wrong and kindly asking for the correct pizza but apparently that's a huge issue here. I dont think I could've been any nicer when I brought the first pizza back but that still didn't matter, got treated like a total jerk just for asking for the pizza I ordered and paid for. Do better

Came to pay for my order in person and only had a $100 bill. A blonde that was training 1 new empmoyees said she couldn't break my $100 bill. I have been to this store several times and they have broken my large bills woth no problem but today was a problem for her. Will never order from here again, will only order from Pizza Hut.

They were busier than a one-legged man and a butt kicking contest but yet still took the time to greet me and make sure that my order was complete and ready to go. I mean there's pizza and then there's Domino's Pizza and I think you can't go wrong bye using the Bedford Domino's!

Pizza here is usually good. It's in our pizza rotation. Have had a miss a time or two, but it's more out fault with toppings. Always carry out and usually are greeted quickly.

As a sports mom, domino's has came in clutch for me as a busy mom.
I don’t even know why places claim they except cash I had an order for $68 and when I went to pay with a $100 they told me they can’t except a $100 and I need to go somewhere else to break it. So I had to leave and go to another business to break a 100 for a $3 dollar item and on top of that if I wouldn’t have asked about my sauce cups I would have been shorted $12 worth of stuff and it wouldn’t be the first time they have done this. Wouldn’t recommend giving them business I’ll drive to the Bloomington store next time!
I was visiting from out of town. My grandchildren wanted pizza. We went here to eat! We were greeted as we went in. What awesome staff. Very professional, helpful, courteous, and respectful! I was very impressed! These young adults are good role models for what customer service should be! Thank you all for a great experience.

My new favorite pizza place in Bedford. Had my order 19 minutes from the time i placed it on a Saturday night. Texts when the driver left the store, was 2 minutes out and when they pulled up at my house. Friendly polite driver. Pizza was great and so was the pepperoni stuffed bread. 5 stars all the way!!!

Absolutely love domino’s! I used to only get from Marcos, but they shut down, so Pizza Hut was my only option. Then came dominos! I’m so glad I took the chance and got me a pizza! The app and the points is really cool! I wish they gave more points per order but that’s typical. 10/10 I highly recommend.
