Ordered delivery from here twice, both times I didn’t receive my order on time.. no big deal. The problem is they had no knowledge of my both my orders until I called, and asked where my food was. They even stated “you know this is el compadre right”. Food is good but I’m not paying 10-15 dollars in fees for my food to be 30 minutes late.

First time at El Compadre in Bedford. We absolutely loved the food and service! The chips and salsa were amazing. My wife had steak fajitas and she cleaned up her entire plate (not normal)! I had the camarones a la mexicana and it was delicious! Highly recommend it!!

We ordered the white cheese it was so thin we needed a spoon. That's just wrong but we keep ordering it. Everyone pays leaves nice tips we are always treated well but Sunday was a bit off. Our friend ordered coconut shrimp and fries they were pulverized. We never said a word. We've gone there for years but Sunday was not a good day for our friends. The waitress kept asking but you say something others hear and we didnt want that. You asked.
Only put 5* so people see this. "Treated like family is bull" I asked the waiter where my girlfriends cheese was, and he came back and said "Queso pa tu gorda" which is cheese for your fat girl. I asked him what he said and he pretended like nothing happened. I restated what he said and he pretended he didn't say it. I'm hispanic, I lived in Texas most of my life. The waiter did not apologize and nobody came to service us. Never eating here again. I cook better than this. The food is a 6/10. Too many veggies and not enough cholesterol to be real mexican food. Atmosphere is like any mainstream mexican restaurant. Nothing special and absolutely terrible service.
