My Nashville, hot chicken is hard as a rock. My buffalo ranch sauce has razor blade cut on the top of it and my chicken nuggets Don’t even have any meat in them. It’s just hard crispy.

This place needs a close their doors. Their service is terrible. I waited at the counter for ten minutes for somebody to come Take my order. I got tired of standing, so I went and got one of the bar stools from the table and sit in front of the counter for another 8 minutes before somebody took my order. There had been people waiting there longer than me. They should have gave them their money back and gave the costumers their orders for free. This is a lack of poor leadership and poor management. The customer in front of me waited 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich. The best thing the owner can do is walk in fire Everybody, turn everything off, Turn the lights off and walk out the door. This place is a JOKE!!!!

Worst service ever didn't even acknowledge i was waiting lady that was already there said she paid and had been waiting on food for over 30 minutes. Waited over 15 minutes no one even took my order, other lady still didn't have her food. There were 4 people working. No excuse for that no other customers there. I left and gave my business elsewhere no wonder KFC stores are closing

Went there today to purchase chicken and was told it would be 17 minutes to get food because they were out of chicken….there wasn’t anyone in the store waiting or in drive through and the people working were just standing around talking and not cooking anything

I was so looking forward to KFC. But was disappointed in the slow service and the taste of the food. I am so glad that I didn't get the bucket of chicken. It didn't taste like Bloomington Chicken at KFC. The coleslaw wasn't good, the biscuit was maybe from yesterday and the chicken was plain, like there was no seasoning and no flavor. I will not return to this KFC as it was a waste of my money.

Hey owners/franchise why don't you actually read these reviews and care about your business many many reviews of repeat problems time to step up and do your job.
Ordered online. Went to pick up meal. Of course we had to wait even though I ordered 4 hours early for my pick up. Nobody at the counter . My wife had to yell back to even get somebody. Drive the 20 miles home to find they left out the mashed potatoes. Does that sound like a big deal ? Maybe not to some. But when you have 5 children and 2 adults to feed without the sides there's just not enough food for everyone. So I call . Explain to mngr issue. He told me to look in the brown bag. Like I'm stupid and I didn't already do exactly that. Basically he hung up on me. I call customer service. 45 minutes. 4 different people. They offered to reimburse me for the potatoes. I wonder why there a failing business. Never ever again.

Went through the drive-thru got to the dunk it bucket didn't get any gravy supposed to come with two gravies no gravy although we got a dipping sauce the mashed potato poppers was horrible by far one of the nastiest things I've ever put in my mouth! We didn't get any silverware or napkins in our bag, it's pretty sad these fast food joints quantities getting smaller services crappy my daughter's real nothing fake about it it's all there I just don't tear it in half and give it to him..
