Huevos Rancheros
A bed of refried black beans layered with grilled tortillas, 2 sunny-side-up eggs, Pico de Gallo, and ranchero sauce.
Huevos Divorciados
These two eggs did not get along and the beans got between the egg topped with red sauce and the egg topped with green sauce. Both eggs are on a grilled corn tortilla, garnished with avocado slices, lettuce, tomato slices, and queso fresco.

The food is always great. service always great. prices very reasonable. I enjoyed that this is not your standard Mexican restaurant with your normal menu to all the other ones have. This reminds me more of down south home cooking from your Abuela's house.

Great service, great atmosphere! Very classy inside and loved how there was toasted totillas instead of chips such a tasty change. Will definitely be back!!! Live in Bloomington but will drive to Bedford to enjoy.

The food was good, but not as good as I was expecting. The atmosphere and staff were spectacular. The “chips” and salsa need changed badly, very little chips with a tasteless salsa. I got the Birria Taco (aka street tacos), and they lacked flavor just like the salsa. The lack of seasoning on the meat gives each ingredient (onions, cilantro, cheese) their chance to come through on the dish, but I have had better tasting birria for a lot less money.
