We brought a new refrigerator in November, that stopped working 2 weeks later. While we've been fighting with Samsung, we've been eating at Marco's at least twice weekly for months. Not only do they have delicious pizza, but they have been so good to us during this stressful time, hooking us up with coupons, and in general, just being REALLY GOOD PEOPLE!We're coming close to a settlement with Samsung, and will have a refrigerator soon, but Marco's has become such a staple in our lives, why mess with a good thing?WE LOVE YOU, MARCO'S ?Lily & Mr.R

I've ordered here 2x now that they've completely forgot my.garlic sauces with my delivery said it'll be another 2 hours before they can bring them. Excuse me??? Yeah I'm not ordering here again terrible customer service

I've been a LONG time customer. Used the app and website for pizza delivery at least once a month and often more frequently. Tried ordering through the website and then the app tonight and neither worked. Called in to find out "they resetted everything" whatever that means. All my rewards are gone and I've been cut out of the delivery area. Very Very poor way to treat a long time customer!! Will never order from Marcos again!

The have food delivered but guy never showed with the food and so I had to go back and get the food from the restaurant after paying for delivery and giving the guy a tip and never even show up and say that he did and just go
Asked for extra sauce no crust pizza loaded all meats all veggies get to work open box ...order upside down in bowl cheese on bottom no extra sauce and container only half full!!
