Placed an online order staff did not put it out on shelf after waiting for 20 mins and decided to go up and check on order the staff was very rude said it's not ready I said is it not the food sitting right there the lady then said I have to run this out first knowing my food was sitting there and then asked a coworker to come up to bag someone else's food I said is it not the already bagged food? It was and then had to wait for missing item, and back staff was also...

Love eating here when in a hurry, food is always made within 15 minutes. They always give me extra pickles for no extra charge when I ask them. Love their sweet tea.

I was very disappointed with my last takeout meal for myself and another person. I ordered two club sandwiches which didn't have lettuce or bacon on them and there were no pickles. This isn't the first takeout order that I have gotten that wasn't complete. The service seems to be 50/50 at the Bedford location these days, never know if it will be good or just fair.
