Used the drive thru. Ordered 2 large diet cokes. Drove home (30+ minutes away) and my autistic son was NOT happy with the DR PEPPER!

easily, without a question, THE worst McDonald's in a very wide surrounding area and I'll eat a heck of a lot of ramen before I consider coming here. especially the drive through, which is a total clownshow

Unsatisfied Customer

Ordered on the mobile app. Chose curbside pickup. When arrived at the location there were no pickup spots available so the pickup was changed to drive thru pickup. Said the mobile order code. Pulled to first window no issues. Pulled to second window and was asked to pull around. I refused. Manager came to the window and said because I changed from curbside to drive thru my order isn't ready. Mind you the drive thru line was long so I waited there. After providing the mobile order code I waited to get to the window and you are telling me my order still isn't ready? My order was 2 plain cheese burgers and a deluxe quarter pounder with no cheese. I did not pull around. I waited for my order. The purpose of the app is to order ahead so the food is ready for pickup when you arrive. This store needs to get it together. Customers do not care about your times. Stop making people pull around serve them when they are at the window. Have mobile orders ready when the customer arrives like other locations. At other locations you barely get in the spot and put you are there and they bring you food out. No waiting 15-45 minutes for cold food. Mobile orders are for fast convenient service but at Bedford they are treated last. That is wrong. Do better Bedford. Train your staff to be friendlier and how to handle such situations. Mobile orders take priority that is the purpose of the app period.

By far the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. The service is awful. The wait times are absurd. We just waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks! There must be some kind of incompetence test they have to pass to work here. Absolute trash

The fries were cold and soggy. The cheeseburgers were dry and cold. Had clearly been sitting around for awhile. If not for the fact that McDonald's is cheeseburgers and fries are my fav food on the face of the planet this would be a very different rating. The people there were friendly and the service itself was great. But the food was krappy.

The food is hit or miss. The night time guys that have brought my food to my car are super kind. I really enjoyed their kindness. It was third shift crew. However, if you order from the mobile app you will be waiting quite awhile. Which I understand everything is made cook to order on third shift. However, when I wait that long (28 minutes) for Luke warm food it is kind of irritating. I also order a cheeseburger and an ice cream cone another 3rd shift and I waited even longer that time. The kind young man did give me a free mcflurry for my wait. That was a very kind gesture. Thank you.

It's really just hit or miss. But staff is always very kind and you can tell they are trying. I know fast food can be overwhelming at times. I get it. Thank you all for all your hard work, dedication, and kindness.

Absolutely horrible. Will never be going back. Missing half our order and when I mentioned it when it was brought out was told no it's all there. Than went inside to get rest of order manager was very rude. Was told would have to wait why the rest of my food was in car getting cold. Than pretty much threw the bag on the counter when it was actually done. Everything was cold and horrible
