The fries were cold and soggy. The cheeseburgers were dry and cold. Had clearly been sitting around for awhile. If not for the fact that McDonald's is cheeseburgers and fries are my fav food on the face of the planet this would be a very different rating. The people there were friendly and the service itself was great. But the food was krappy.
The food is hit or miss. The night time guys that have brought my food to my car are super kind. I really enjoyed their kindness. It was third shift crew. However, if you order from the mobile app you will be waiting quite awhile. Which I understand everything is made cook to order on third shift. However, when I wait that long (28 minutes) for Luke warm food it is kind of irritating. I also order a cheeseburger and an ice cream cone another 3rd shift and I waited even longer...
Came for my reward after working night shift and was greeted nicely by an older woman taking orders. She didn’t miss a beat! Super sweet and personable. Then went to second window and the young lady wiped my cup off and handled it to me with a smile. Wow. Hard to find these days! My food was smoking hot and delicious. Best McDonald’s experience ever! Thank you 😊
