Bedford location used to be fantastic but has dropped in quality considerably the last few years. Multiple occurrences of going through the drive thru with them asking me to pull into a numbered spot, and then waiting 20 minutes just to go inside and realize my order was sitting there getting cold. Our orders are rarely correct and most of the time tastes like the pizza was made hours ago and just ran through an oven to warm it back up again. We keep trying to come back every few months hoping things are back to what they were in the past, but we are losing hope on that happening at this point.

Ordered a 5 topping pizza, added extra cheese, it was the most skimpy pizza I ever got from Papa John's Bedford, I don't think I'm ever going back, I got cheated, I don't believe I got 5 toppings, seemed more like 2 and even at that very light toppings, it would be like going to Wendy's and order a triple cheeseburger and getting a jr bacon cheeseburger. Looks like I'm going to spend my money a greeko's or little Caesars, hell grocery store pizza is better, I wish I had pictures but at the time I was so pissed off, already drove home and family was hungry.

I got the $9.99 3 topping large pizza. It's a deal on Wednesday. The food was very good and a great deal. They were friendly and even early when it came to having the pizza ready. Been to a lot of Papa John's and the one in Bedford is definitely one of the best.

Ordered 10 inch cheese pizza for take out, regular crust. Pizza was oval shaped, approx 4 inches at top edge was bare of cheese topping. Side edges had 1-1.5 inch area with no sauce/cheese toppings. The toppings were very thin and haphazardly applied to lower part of pizza only . Cost of $13.55

Atmosphere want anything impressive but it doesn't need to be. They were professional and respectful. They did put a mushroom on a meatlovers pizza though
Pizza was not docked correctly and it’s all puffed up. The one thing you have to do to make a good flat pizza is to dock it correctly

I ordered online. It took some time for my order to be received but that was not due to them. The driver actually delivered my order and knocked and I guess I didn't hear him but they were still kind enough to leave my order outside my door. I called to check and was pretty upset until I went to check outside and see if the driver was here and that's when I noticed my order had actually been delivered so the mistake was on myself not on them
