I ordered a lot of pizzas and about 30 minutes later, when I pulled up to the drive through I was second in line. The worker was hanging out the window having a chat with a driver. She knew I was there and did nothing to end her conversation or have the driver pull up. After a good 5 minutes or so, I drove around and walked in. The worker finally ended her conversation and asked if I had the 'works' pizzas. I said yes and she never said a word, just handed me a receipt to sign and walked to the back and started making pizzas. After about 25 minutes, the other worker started setting stacks of boxed pizzas on the counter. I put them in the car and left. They had no customer service skills and were rude. We'll never buy Papa John's pizza again.

Papa Johns Bedford thank you SO MUCH for saving the day for my daughter’s birthday party. they whipped up 10 pizzas with no notice & within a time of 12 minutes. when another place in town closed without notice & didn’t cancel our $75 order, papa johns was there to help. customer service 100/10! will go there every time from now on.

Food is usually good here. Just had a pretty shitty experience though. This location used to take care of customers when they came in, offering an extra garlic cup or two with big orders. It was a genuine gesture that was always appreciated given how overpriced the garlic cups are. It seems they no longer do that. Don't go here.

Bedford location used to be fantastic but has dropped in quality considerably the last few years. Multiple occurrences of going through the drive thru with them asking me to pull into a numbered spot, and then waiting 20 minutes just to go inside and realize my order was sitting there getting cold. Our orders are rarely correct and most of the time tastes like the pizza was made hours ago and just ran through an oven to warm it back up again. We keep trying to come back every few months hoping things are back to what they were in the past, but we are losing hope on that happening at this point.

Ordered a 5 topping pizza, added extra cheese, it was the most skimpy pizza I ever got from Papa John's Bedford, I don't think I'm ever going back, I got cheated, I don't believe I got 5 toppings, seemed more like 2 and even at that very light toppings, it would be like going to Wendy's and order a triple cheeseburger and getting a jr bacon cheeseburger. Looks like I'm going to spend my money a greeko's or little Caesars, hell grocery store pizza is better, I wish I had pictures but at the time I was so pissed off, already drove home and family was hungry.
I got the $9.99 3 topping large pizza. It's a deal on Wednesday. The food was very good and a great deal. They were friendly and even early when it came to having the pizza ready. Been to a lot of Papa John's and the one in Bedford is definitely one of the best.
