Penn Station East Coast Subs

Military, fire, and police discounts have been discontinued due to theft of employees. Penn station was founded for support of service members. Very poor management decision to punish service members due to bad management of employees. Another corporate greed company about to destroy the company.

Food was ok at best very expensive

Worst sandwiches! Waited 20 minutes for 3 cold cut sandwiches that ended up not being cold cuts. Took 2 bites and threw the rest out. So did my 2 kids with theirs. Spent $50 to still be hungry.

Zero stars was not an option. Save your money and time. Wow, this location has many issues. It took 18 min to get our food (2 sandwiches and fries). The sandwiches were subpar and seemed to lack enough ingredients, and the fries were burnt. One employee was very rude. She was cleaning the back half of the restaurant and told us we couldn't use the bathroom. Paying customers who are waiting on their food. This was unacceptable. After we got our food, we were dining in, they turned the back lights off and all 3 employees walked out and sat on the sidewalk outside the store played on their phones and left us dining in the store by ourselves. To me this is also unacceptable, and unsafe for the establishment. If a restaurant states it's hours are till 9:30 (as stated on the hours printed on the door and the website), why would you turn lights off, close a section, and tell someone they can't use the restroom before 8PM? I made several attempts to reach out to owner with no response to top it off. Even called corporate and left a message. We could've eaten at a sit-down restaurant for the $40 I paid.

All the chairs up floor mopped at 8:27 grill shut down said we could only order cold sandwiches

Got turned away because they said they were not making hot sandwiches. An hour and a half before they close they can't make a hot sandwich is way too early to shutdown the grill...

Delicious food and this location almost always has amazing service

Ordered at 7:32pm
Staff not in uniform. No company shirts nor hats. Food took over 30 minutes, all I ordered was a small grilled Italian and small fresh cut. The sandwich was made incorrectly. No napkins for the take out order. Not thanked or welcomed
I'm very disappointed in the stores appearance and the employees.

Was going to stop in to grab a sub. They are good in my territory, Texas. But after reading the reviews, me thinks I'll grab something somewhere else. Saw one response from MGMT, it it was not local and didn't address the issue, just wanted more info. Same issues for years, filthy tables, food not Prepared properly. Don't need that in this town.

Rude staff. It was not busy. Only one other person at a table. Our order was wrong. Fries were burned. Lemonade was watered down. Won't return.

over 40 bucks for two subs one large fry one small and no drinks.subs philley cheese were tasty but frys old cold and limp.NEVER

$48 for 3 small sandwiches, 3 small soft drinks and 1 large fry. Took almost 20 minutes and we were the only customers other than a guy who came in after us and spent the whole time hanging over the counter socializing with the guy cooking. Then got his food before us. To top it off, out $7 fry was cold. Far from fresh. No ice in ice dispenser of drink station. Like most of the dining establishments in Bedford....overpriced and generally sucks.

Drove 10 mins to town, they was closed mopping floorcat 8:40pm. Sign and internet says open til 9: 30 pm weekdays. Waste of time, lazy people. Last time i came in they had no fries. They have to cut them in store, tgerefore not getting done. Lazy teenagers that just wanna go
