Penn Station East Coast Subs

The worst food and service I have ever had!! The fries are gross tomato on outside of the sub. The Ruben we ordered had no thousand island on it! The worse ever!! I’ll pay for gas to go to Bloomington Penn Station I know the food and service is awesome!

Military, fire, and police discounts have been discontinued due to theft of employees. Penn station was founded for support of service members. Very poor management decision to punish service members due to bad management of employees. Another corporate greed company about to destroy the company.

Food was ok at best very expensive

Worst sandwiches! Waited 20 minutes for 3 cold cut sandwiches that ended up not being cold cuts. Took 2 bites and threw the rest out. So did my 2 kids with theirs. Spent $50 to still be hungry.

Zero stars was not an option. Save your money and time. Wow, this location has many issues. It took 18 min to get our food (2 sandwiches and fries). The sandwiches were subpar and seemed to lack enough ingredients, and the fries were burnt. One employee was very rude. She was cleaning the back half of the restaurant and told us we couldn't use the bathroom. Paying customers who are waiting on their food. This was unacceptable. After we got our food, we were dining in, they turned the back lights off and all 3 employees walked out and sat on the sidewalk outside the store played on their phones and left us dining in the store by ourselves. To me this is also unacceptable, and unsafe for the establishment. If a restaurant states it's hours are till 9:30 (as stated on the hours printed on the door and the website), why would you turn lights off, close a section, and tell someone they can't use the restroom before 8PM? I made several attempts to reach out to owner with no response to top it off. Even called corporate and left a message. We could've eaten at a sit-down restaurant for the $40 I paid.

All the chairs up floor mopped at 8:27 grill shut down said we could only order cold sandwiches

Got turned away because they said they were not making hot sandwiches. An hour and a half before they close they can't make a hot sandwich is way too early to shutdown the grill...

Awful. Three girls worming. Way behind on phone orders. Had to tape a sign on the door to state no customers allowed in (?) Before the sign was posted , I ordered a simple turkey cheese and provolone for the kids (13.00 by the way) and I waited over 30 minutes. Also , the restaurant is not clean.

This place should be out of business. The sandwiches we had were garbage and the price was ridiculous.

Ordered at 7:32pm
Staff not in uniform. No company shirts nor hats. Food took over 30 minutes, all I ordered was a small grilled Italian and small fresh cut. The sandwich was made incorrectly. No napkins for the take out order. Not thanked or welcomed

Was going to stop in to grab a sub. They are good in my territory, Texas. But after reading the reviews, me thinks I'll grab something somewhere else. Saw one response from MGMT, it it was not local and didn't address the issue, just wanted more info. Same issues for years, filthy tables, food not Prepared properly. Don't need that in this town.

Rude staff. It was not busy. Only one other person at a table. Our order was wrong. Fries were burned. Lemonade was watered down. Won't return.
