Forgot food even after specially said to double check the order. Even after they tried to send the wrong order in the first place. And wouldn't refund my money. What a joke. Use to love pizza hut but everytime we order and have it delivered its always wrong or missing stuff!

Pam at the Bedford, Indiana Pizza Hut is absolutely the reason I’ll be coming back. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and treated me like more than just another customer. She was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my visit. It’s rare these days to find service that feels both professional and genuinely caring, but that’s exactly what she provided. She turned what could have been just a normal stop for pizza into an experience that stood out because of her personality and effort. The food was good, but Pam’s service is what made it great. Pizza Hut is lucky to have her, and customers like me are lucky to be served by her. She’s the kind of employee that keeps people coming back.

Pizza Hut could be the saddest story there is. This place was roaring in the 80's. Time has changed but Pizza is still a go to item. Get some decent help, pay them, train them, reward them and get back to being the best Pizza place in America. Unfortunately, unless something changes, we'd rather stay home and eat a $3 Jacks from the dollar store.

Whenever I was a kid are teacher would take everybody on their birthday to get a pan pizza from Pizza Hut it is the best pizza i ever ate and still is and the smell is amazing

I go to this Pizza Hut all the time they got rid of the people that worked and replaced them with people who don’t care about there jobs or customers this place will be closed if things don’t change

Our waiter was great very friendly and funny too!!Took the grand kids wish the salad bar had more items...very bland .All in all good experience.UPDATE!!! MANAGERS WIFE VERYYYYYY RUDE!!!! A/C UNIT NOT WORKING....WAS GOING TO ORDER FOOD AND GO BUT BECAUSE OF HER ATTITUDE NOPE SPENT OUR $ ELSEWHERE
At 12:00 on a Monday, there was absolutely no pizza on the buffet. Only 2 employees who worked as if there wasn't at least 20 people waiting on food. It was the absolute worst place I have eaten.

Dine in 2/28 and service was excellent as was our pizza and cheese breadsticks. The guys working the floor/counter added to the experience with great attitudes and prompt service. Nice to see it back to the top notch pizza place it use to be!!
