Our group of 5 sat for 20-25 minutes and never received any service, not even water for the table. 4 tables came in after us and got menus and beers. One of the waitresses apologized briefly before continuing to ignore us. I've eaten there once before, and the food isn't anything to write home about, either. Their chicken sandwich was dry and chewy. There is absolutely no reason to go back to this place.

The food is amazing for a small town. I'm used to getting tastless garbage, but this food was professional and well seasoned. I'm not a fan of their cocktails though as they pour out the vermouth from Manhattans which ruins the sweetness of the drink. I'm not sure if this is a Midwestern thing, but it hurts. Also their margaritas are not fresh. I get that it's busy, but if they made the drinks as fresh as the food, Pub15 would truly be the best food place in Bedford, and possibly fighting for the top place in the whole area. I'm okay with waiting awhile for a perfect drink over 2 minutes for a very unbalanced one.
We actually ditched another place in town to come here because of the place was a dive and this place was awesome. I can't tell you how wonderful the drinks were because they were just beyond what I expected. You're going to pay a couple of bucks to go here but it's not a bad deal considering the great atmosphere a wonderful customer service
It takes a long time to be initially waited on. We only got appetizers. Pretzel bites were good but the spinach dip was not great. Very pricey.

We ate on the patio, which wasn't special so far as atmosphere, but the service was great! The bartender was also the server, very friendly and efficient. Smoked chicken was amazing, as was the brisket with pulled pork sandwich.

Our daughter and her husband held their wedding rehearsal dinner at Pub 15 on Oct 3rd. Dinner was following rehearsal and the bridal party arrived around 7:30 with Pub 15 to close at 9. They had reserved the back patio area for dinner. Service was amazing start to finish. Food was amazing. Staff was so kind and given that we went right up until 9 we didn’t feel rushed and received nothing but kindness. Staff even allowed us to drop off a few decorations earlier in the day. I personally fell in love with Pub 15 at first site shortly after opening and encouraged our daughter and son in law to use the venue for rehearsal dinner. I’m so glad we did. I highly recommend using them for any event! Great food, people and space!! Thank you Pub 15 and staff for helping us celebrate!
