My drinks the last few times have not been as good as they used to be. Haven't gotten the whip on drinks that are supposed to come with it. I'm hoping that it's because of new hires that are still learning how the drinks are made. Can't just go by the sticker on the cup because it doesn't list everything that is supposed to be in or on top

Parking lot is a nightmare (way too small) but the baristas are always super sweet and my coffee is always made well, unlike at some of the other branches. Bedford Starbucks is my favorite for sure.

went in today to get our orders, as usual. but today i had enough of the attitude from the one who gets the order for drive through and the ladies that served in. they suck. bad attitude. the shouting for inclusivity, diversity but can't walk the talk. hypocrites. instead of putting in two big bags, the lady squeezed in like 6 cups in one big bag so the tea and the coffee were wet. as if she pays for the bag.

I was a common customer at this location with no issues, until the incident I had this morning. Every Starbucks I have went to in any location, I had gotten good service every time. After today, will be the first time I have ever experienced horrible, rude, and careless service! I have worked at Dunkin before and understand sincerely with high level of orders, but that is where team work comes into play to get orders out the window. I made an online drive thru order 10 minutes before arriving, and more minutes given to the order with time I had to wait in line. When I got to the window, my food was ready, but my coffee was not. They asked me to go around the building one more time to receive my coffee. BUT TO GET MORE BEHIND CARS AND WAIT EVEN LONGER? Absolutely ridiculous. I had to go to work and I was already late. I refused to go around the building and asked why others in drive thru received their coffees but not me when I already placed an order, now, 20 minutes ago! This rude lady said to call 1-800 number and get a refund, EXCUSE ME? So staff is unorganized, rude, and careless to make their customers happy. They should have teamed up to get things done. They had plenty of time to make a latte with added flavor. it was one coffee, and someone should have taken a 5 minute pause to get it out but instead I was not prioritized like every other customer and was told 5 drinks were ahead of me. I just don't understand how the lady and staff was so rude.... ruined my morning and left without my coffee. I will not be returning.
