Asked at the drive-thru if they had regular size small shakes yes sir we do I ordered four got to the window they hand out four Dixie cups that says kids on the sides of them asked for a drink carrier a little Feller at the window said they only hold two handed me the drink carrier and pretty much throws the other two little mini shakes out the window didn't make it 2 mi down the road before one of them ended up in the floorboard by the time I cleaned up the mess it was in my best interest not to go back and see that little Feller

I placed a mobile order at around 7:42pm. They were busy, so I took a seat and waited while the workers cooked. It gets to be about 8:17pm before a waitress finally asked us if we were still waiting on something, and we told her we placed an online order, and gave our name. She went back into the kitchen and came back with our food. The ticket on it says 7:49pm, I’m assuming the time that it was completed. I’m a bit annoyed to have had to wait so long because our food was not brought out to the pick up area after it was completed.

I am disgusted with steak and shake in Bedford? They take orders from door dash and then just close and never fill the orders. Noone calls, just get charged and no food.
Came here at 10 pm and were not greeted at all. We only had cash on us and tried to get the attention of a worker but were ignored as the kiosk was card only. We left very unhappy woth the service as we weren't even able to ask of We could pay in cash. Rude employees dirty resturant.
