The sandwiches at this location are always made incorrectly. Ordered honey mustard and got mayo and incorrect veggies. The other sandwich had the incorrect bread.

Went in and ordered, I don't think they understand English. He was making it in front of me and couldn't get it right. Pointed out that what he was making was not what I wanted and left! Terrible!!! If you can't make a basic sandwich get out of the business! Never will I go back!

Just placed an order after church for a footlong and a 6 inch. The 6 inch was to be a BLT with mayo. Got it home, looked like just a loaf of bread, opened up and nearly 3 pieces of bacon, 2 small pieces of tomato and not even a pinch of lettuce. Then there was a squirt of mayo. Had to take top of piece of bread off because so dry and eat what there was in of the other half. Pitiful! And paid full price. Wish I'd took a picture.
The people seem nice it's okay
Went through the drive through and the server was hard to understand and wasn't paying attention. I went inside instead. Server was on a personal phone call and did not retain any information I gave him for my order. He had to repeatedly ask what I said over and over. I felt like I paid for terrible experience and not great food. Won't go there again.

How do you stay in business not knowing how to make a sandwich with the basic ingredients advertised in your menu, I ordered the ultimate BMT- NO PEPPERONI, NO PROVOLONE, hardly any salami or ham. This isn't the first time I've had issues but I guarantee it will be the last, this is the most pathetic subway I've ever visited. To the owner: If you don't know how to run a business sell it to someone who does.

I am done with this location. About to try the Wal-Mart one instead. The people at this location do not know how to follow basic ass instructions on how to make a sandwich. Can't make my sandwich toasted when I ask, they barely put any meat in the sandwich and just fill it with cheap toppings. They always make it so dry you almost choke trying to swallow a bite too. Also 90% of the time it shows my order is ready, I go in to pick it up, and they say, "oh, it will still be a bit before it's ready." Why can't they have it ready when you're supposed to? Why can you not make a simple ass sandwich in the allotted time? Sell this to someone who cares, or run a better restaurant.

Ordered on the app and arrived on time sandwich meal was not ready and app said it was….parked went in and they had not even made it, I had some time so waited, afterwards they gave me 3 cc cookies ? for free due to inconvenience. It’s not polite to assume cookies will make everything alright but still, was nice gesture.

Ordered chicken salad, there were no cranberries or pecans, only chicken (I think it was chicken) with some mayo mixed in. The time before I ordered a BLT & all I got was the B & mayo. I'll stick to my sub club going forward until they screw that up, then I'm done.

Got charged for two orders so we tried to call the store we ordered from.. called 33 times, they answered twice but the man didn’t speak English very well and he hung up on us both times.
Still charged us twice. If they mess up, you’re just SOL there is no way to contact anyone and even if you call or email, no one helps.
It’s too expensive to have this terrible of customer service.

Took a bite of sandwhich only to drink straight condiment
We just left this Subway to grab a few sandwiches and the gentleman and the girl were SO nice! They did a wonderful job making our sandwiches and the made us feel very welcome. I only wish would have gotten their names so say how awesome they were. Thank you!

Placed a take out order. Nothing to hard, basic salad (but a 12.00 salad online) requested a tip, thought ok might get better service. Arrived and as they are handing my order she states that the salad dressing was applied directly onto salad because they didn’t have any means of putting dressing in a separate container. The only reason why I wanted a separate container was because I eat half the salad for lunch and the rest for afternoon snack. That being said now I had a salad with extra sauce so I can’t save it for later it would be an absolute soggy mess, and it’s way too much dressing. She did offer to remake it but who in their right mind would request that a salad get remade, without a worry. So my 10.00 salad and 2.00 tip was a disaster and I didn’t even get a fork to eat the thing. This has happened about 6 months ago at same restaurant, I thought maybe things had changed.
