Had a coupon for 6.99 for a foolong and meal chips and drink I handed coupon to the Indian running the Cash register he rung it up said 12$ I argued he Said I let you have sandwich for 6.99 but not chips and drink I took the sandwich won't be back ever their ripoffs scammers!

I ordered subway online and paid for it, my son stopped to pick it up for me on his way home from work. He had a copy of the receipt that I sent him to show It was paid for. When he went thru the drive thru to pick it up they said no such order existed It was not in their system, and they refused to give him my food or my money. They said, no such order existed and nothing they could do. He talked to the manager at the window. He parked and got out and went in. They continued to argue that no such order existed that they couldn't do anything about it. He called me. I called up there and they told me the same thing. They did not receive an order. No, such order existed, and I said, okay, I'll just call corporate because I either want my money refunded or my food. Suddenly the guy on the phone and they did not speak very good English. It was sort of hard to understand them. He just said manager and then the next thing I knew there was another guy on the phone who said he was the manager, and I asked him about my order, he said the same thing. No such order exists. I can't do anything sorry I can't give refund, and cant give food. So I said, okay, I will just call corporate suddenly, the words barely got out of my mouth, and he said, oh i found your order here it is we make now. So I'm trying to understand how they had no such order. They couldn't refund my money. They couldn't give me my food until I said I was going to call corporate. And then suddenly they found it and gave me my food, and when they did make my subway sandwiches they were made very badly and barely had anything on them, hardly no meat or anything. I am not very happy. I always go to Subway a lot and I always loved ordering from there, but I will not be ordering from this Subway again. They were very rude.

The sandwiches at this location are always made incorrectly. Ordered honey mustard and got mayo and incorrect veggies. The other sandwich had the incorrect bread.

Went in and ordered, I don't think they understand English. He was making it in front of me and couldn't get it right. Pointed out that what he was making was not what I wanted and left! Terrible!!! If you can't make a basic sandwich get out of the business! Never will I go back!

Just placed an order after church for a footlong and a 6 inch. The 6 inch was to be a BLT with mayo. Got it home, looked like just a loaf of bread, opened up and nearly 3 pieces of bacon, 2 small pieces of tomato and not even a pinch of lettuce. Then there was a squirt of mayo. Had to take top of piece of bread off because so dry and eat what there was in of the other half. Pitiful! And paid full price. Wish I'd took a picture.

Went through the drive through and the server was hard to understand and wasn't paying attention. I went inside instead. Server was on a personal phone call and did not retain any information I gave him for my order. He had to repeatedly ask what I said over and over. I felt like I paid for terrible experience and not great food. Won't go there again.
