Giving 2 stars for service due to being ignored by employees for a long time when not able to use the stupid self order terminal. Mini taco salads are a HUGE ripoff. They need to bring back the Fiesta Taco Salads!!!!!

My Order is wrong 99% of the time. Many times I hear employee complain on how big the order is. It's normal 4 box meals and 4-6 extra items. In the past I have placed a mobile order for pick up inside. I walked in expecting to pick up my order. I see people who order after me walking in for total of 10 minutes getting their food. My order was never made and even being put it behind people coming in and ordering even with me standing right there waiting.

Not only are they slow at making the food, but one of the employees yesterday didn’t even make the order correctly. I ordered 2 of the box meals, plus one other meal, and the short lady who works there didn’t separate the box meals like they’re supposed to be. She threw everything into a bag all together so I had to open everything just to figure out what’s what. And they HAD the boxes there to put the meals in! Once I got home and opened everything, it turns out she didn’t even put the sauces on the burritos like she was supposed to! I had to go back! The manager was very helpful and remade my burritos himself. However, I’m never eating from here again!

They messed up on my order and owed me 2 tacos they shorted me . SHEILA, an older lady took my order ...I waited for 20 min and asked again....the guy in back said I'll give her three since she waited so long but Sheila said no I've already taken care of it being hateful when she took the order being hateful when she give me back the food. Am I eating it no because she's the one that went and made it taking it away from the man who offered.. never again

I ordered a spicy potato taco and only got one tiny potato! And my soft taco supreme was stacked all to one side.
Don’t get me wrong, the food is great. My problem came when I went to this location during their happier hour in which you get a regular size freeze for $1. I proceeded to order 2, and then they charged me $6.98 without tax. I then paid for the drinks and turned to see the sign that specifically states, “$1 happier hour: medium drinks and regular freezes all for $1.” Before I could say I wanted a refund the cashier ran to the back, and I had to pay full price for my drinks. I will never be ordering for happier hour at this location again.

If I could leave a negative star I would. Dined inside and WOW DISGUSTING! The Health Department needs to pay them a visit. Womens restroom had food on the floor, feces on the toilet, and hand dryer doesn't work. Screens to order were filthy, and the main dining area was just as gross with food and filth everywhere! Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months! Stay away!

Filthy order kiosks, bathrooms with non-working hand dryer, no hand towels and no way to open door without touching door handle. No non-sugar drink options. Was told they didn't make any unsweetened tea today.
