My Order is wrong 99% of the time. Many times I hear employee complain on how big the order is. It's normal 4 box meals and 4-6 extra items. In the past I have placed a mobile order for pick up inside. I walked in expecting to pick up my order. I see people who order after me walking in for total of 10 minutes getting their food. My order was never made and even being put it behind people coming in and ordering even with me standing right there waiting.

Filthy order kiosks, bathrooms with non-working hand dryer, no hand towels and no way to open door without touching door handle. No non-sugar drink options. Was told they didn't make any unsweetened tea today.

It's okay but I always double-check my orders. Sometimes they forget things and sometimes they forget to take off things that I don't want on. Like if I order no. Jalapeno sauce on my quesadilla I've received it with jalapeno sauce a few times, not recently but in the past which I was very upset about Cuz it's for my toddler but recently it's been good
