Always double check your order here Even if he got a sandwich make sure it has everything that is supposed to, especially the bacon they forget most of the time
Order taking procedures, by management, totally wrong....
Made tge waiting process way to long. 7, or 8, people behind the counter with
ALOT of standing around. Also charged old full price for a softdrink, large, than the chains $1 any size drink. Management didn't even know how to ring a $3 frosty for a year key chain tag...

Food was pretty good when they got us our right stuff. We had to wait for other people to get their orders right first. They had their bathrooms locked though. I'm guessing they didn't feel like having to clean them.

We went to get food before they closed. Three people were standing around outside of the building when we pulled up. The lady taking the order said she only had two people. She said she was out of potatoes. She said she couldn't do ice cream. She said it was going to be a long wait for food. She said hateful that she only had 45 minutes before they closed.

Only two cars in the drive thru, took 25 mins to receive food. Dude carrying our food out to the car was cussing us out under his breath and threw our food at us.

I've been to this wendys 3 times and every single time, the staff are incredibly rude. My order has also been wrong each of those times (was missing an entire meal in an order that only had 2 meals total) and when I VERY nicely mentioned it was missing, they acted like I was the worst person in the world and it was a massive inconvenience for them to give me the meal I paid for that THEY forgot. Definitely the worst wendys I've ever been to. Needs new staff.

No stars! Pulled up at 10:30 at night all employees sitting outside and said they are closed for 10 minutes . Guess Wendy’s doesn’t need money!!!! Can’t believe I cannot order food. Will never eat here again or any Wendy’s ever again!!!!?????

This Wendy's is pretty awful. One bun was super hard on the top. One chicken patty was hard and inedible. Ordered Coke and received Sprite.

This place is an absolute adventure to visit every time. One day their cash machine is down the next day it's their ice machine. Then they're out of soda or french fries or straws or cups. One time they ran out of beef. Like it's totally uncanny their ability to be out of something on the menu no matter when you visit. It's a genuine surprise on the rare occasion when they're actually able to construct your full order.

Every single time I've been here they've been out of their chocolate chunk cookies. Every. Single. Time. I just want a darn cookie!!
The last time I went they messed up my order, the sandwiches buns were stale and hard, and we found a hair in our burger, and one in our frosty. Gross. And they were out of cookies. Again.
Not going to be going here again.

I walked in the door, turned around, and walked out. The place was filthy and the smell of fried food (chicken, maybe) was overwhelming.
Poor customer service, no communication or greeting at window(s);Also, yal forgot my sweet tea.
