First fire the manager and every waitress. My husband and I both have worked in the food industry. I also was a bartender and waitress in a bar. Lousy service isn't acceptable, nor should it be tolerated and/or continually allowed. From what I've read on the reviews, this is an ongoing issue!
This was our third time in this establishment. The first time, we couldn't get acknowledged, let alone served. People came in after us and were immediately served, while we sat and waited. Finally decided to go elsewhere.
The second time, The table needed wiped down and the dirty napkins removed. We did get prompt service but had to ask for the table to be wiped off and the used wadded up napkins to be removed. The waitress was cordial. Food was ok, nothing spectacular as it's typical bar fare, overpriced for the portion size but that is becoming the norm.
Was in there sometime around 5:30pm on 5/23/2025. Three waitresses walked past us, only one said hi and then she walked out the door. A family, 4 adults with two children came in after us. They were greeted, got menus, drinks and their order was taken while we sat there! We got up and left.
We won't be back. I can't see how a business with many people complaining about not being served stays in business but then again there are individuals who don't mind being treated poorly. We aren't going to hand our hard earned money over to any establishment or tip anyone who treats us poorly.
To anyone reading this, there are other locally owned restaurants that will treat you with respect, have great food and great service ~ drive to those restaurants!

5th Ave Grill and Bar is a gem! The outdoor dining atmosphere is perfect—relaxed, inviting, and great for enjoying a meal with friends or family. The food is consistently excellent, but I have to give a special shoutout to the pulled pork tater tots—absolutely delicious and definitely my go-to! Whether you're just grabbing a bite or hanging out for a while, this place hits the mark every time. Highly recommend checking it out!

I do enjoy this place but 3rd time waitress was not good. Maybe she's good with others but idk just something was off-putting about her. She asked me if I wanted a smashed or homestyle burger. I said homestyle, so that was an unknown upcharge. The new menu online website is different from the menu I got. My menu said 9, the website I think says 11. The upcharge of fries was another unknown. Old menu doesn't say that. They should throw the old menus in the trash or black out the prices and write in or something. Last April they didn't have different prices of style of burger (smashed or homestyle). Come to pay the bill is got tongue-tied with my words and she did help me out there, though she owned me change back, she wanted a bigger tip I guess, haha. I gave 25% with no thank you. Make sure you all know how much to get back, tons of places do this. Shame on that waitress.

This place is one of the best sport bars/grills i’ve ever been to. I got the chicken bacon ranch wrap with some Mtn dew and it was really good. There are lots of tvs to watch games, and there is an arcade golf and darts. service is great. The food is a little pricey, but not too bad compared to other places

An unexpected surprise that fed a craving. The tenderloin sandwich was so good, the onion rings are top notch.
So… we were really looking forward to visiting this establishment, it turned bad really fast. Our server/manager SARAH was very unprofessional and just rude. I ordered the French onion burger which says it comes with a cup of French onion soup.. IT DOES NOT LOL! It comes with a small ramekin of juice, no cheese no croutons no cheese no cup lol just a very small side of whatever juice that was. This was the least of our worries though.. my bf ordered a side of the mac n cheese and it was really good, just cold in the middle... so when he asked for warm Mac n cheese she offered to microwave it and she did the same with my burger even when I asked for just a plain cheese burger instead .. something simple?? She refused. My sister and her husband also had cold food and cooked not to temp. This time she offered to place the eaten sandwiches back on the grill!!?? That made us question what they do in the kitchen?! She thought she could offer to microwave the food since this upset us and that just made things worse. My sister (who is in the food industry)argued with the manager about food safety and the manager called the cops. We had to pay $130 for 4 people and we weren’t even allowed to have our food remade. Unless we wanted to place our bitten off of food back on the grill that they probably did that for others. No thank you. The owner was also very nonchalant about the whole situation with no respect for any of his customers what so ever. My bf and I were there to do a review but we didn’t hoping they would correct it and we could do a positive review.. but when I had to call myself because the owner didn’t care to contact me back the other manager said to me “oh, so you were waiting for a discount to do your review?” NO we weren’t but I will now! I always support locally owned businesses but this one.. don’t waste your time ! They will not make anything right . If your food is cold they tell you it isn’t and you still have to pay for cold food they are only willing to microwave it or place eaten food back on the grill for you!! Came in for date night. We sat at a table for 15 minutes, we didn’t have a server come up once. Also they had fly traps by the table covered in flies. Not a very clean place and very disappointed.
We happen to drop in to this restaurant on our way to Kentucky. We were looking for something close to a grocery store and stumbled on this little hidden dive. Burgers are amazing and they had a live band on a Sunday Go figure.
