Pretty out of date on the outside. Drive thru speaker didn't work and waited until cashier waved me up. Chicken, fish and hush puppies were good. French fries as always sucked.

I get to the window the cashier that took my order was ok although she was rubbing her nose while taking my payment and handling my food bag. After I get to where I’m going I sit down and eat my food. The chicken was ice cold and tasted like it wasn’t done.

Just nasty and overpriced. WAY OVER PRICED. I had to order at the window because the speaker was broke, I ordered and they literally turned around threw my stuff in a bag and gave it to me. Who knows how long ago it had been cooked, everything was cold. It's sad how far down long john silvers gone. No customer service skills at all from the window lady.

Why can't my order be correct? Just once? Not only did they leave an item out today, but they gave me regular Pepsi instead of diet Pepsi that I ordered.

Food was delicious, unfortunately wait was not! Forty minutes in the drive thru. Not employees fault as there were only two. Multiple cars drove away ? Don't know what the answer is but probably won't go back for awhile ?

Hubby wanted Long John Silver's for dinner. I hadn't had them in years. Didn't order anything for myself, but when I got home the food was fresh and hot. Took a bite of his fish and needless to say I went and got myself some the next day. The crew was so helpful as well. Great job!

Good was not good got a shrimps rice bowl...the rice was under cooked...and it was only rice and shrimp no veggies nothing like before when I ordered... this place has gone downhill...not going back here
