Very Loud restaurant. Cramped setting. Took an hour to get food. Food was good.

Placed an order at 3:00 for delivery by DoorDash at 6:00. At 6:30 we received a message through DoorDash that the restaurant would not fulfill the order so it was cancelled. Our money was returned. I find it very disrespectful that the restaurant would simply refuse to prepare a order and chose not to notify us directly. Particularly an order placed 03 hours ahead of delivery time.

Small restaurant with ok food it's better with 1 or 2 people but anything over 4 people they get overwhelmed.

I have had a wonderful experience each time I have dined here. The food is excellent,the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is authentic. The portions are great for the price and the menu has a great selection. The chicken piccata is my favorite!

This has always been a favorite place to dine. We keep going back because we love the atmosphere and the food. The service seems to have gone downhill. The last several times we have not had great experiences with service. Three visits in a row the server forgot to enter our order. We sat for anywhere from 60-80 minutes before we saw our meals. We did get salad and drinks timely. The server never seemed to even notice how long we were waiting. We keep going back but I’m not sure if we will keep it up if it doesn’t get better.

Food is amazing! Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Arrived at 5:50pm to pick up an order that had a time for pick up set for 5:53pm. Took hostess a few to help me, no big deal. Then after asking for my order, nobody came back to tell me any updates. Sat there without anybody helping me for a good 10 minutes, I asked a different lady for my order again also asked her to see about how long they thought until it was finished. Again, no response from her or anyone else. Sat again… time now 6:20 and asked for my order due to sitting here 30 minutes. Took them another 15 plus minutes after she came back telling me right away that they were bagging it up now. Absolutely horrible customer service and follow up with customer without doubt. I get better service at McDonald’s or Burger King! Completely unprofessional.

My husband and I sat down at lunch, asked for coffee with cream to start off. The wait staff brought the coffee but could not find cream. Took so long to get the cream to the table our coffee became cold. We decided to pay only for the coffee and forget the meal to leave.We will not go back to Napoli villa. Not professional at all.
