Actually crazy sending out a pizza with NO SAUCE on it.
It's frustrating that this pizza hut is the only one that "Delivers" to my location even though they just cheap out by using doordash.
Better off just buying cheap crappy pizza from local store because at least then I would have a proper pizza

We ordered a few pizzas and some bread sticks tonight. We paid for 2 cheese cups and they wasn't in the bag. Called the Pizza Hut and they said. You can come and pick them up. I can also give you a $5 credit if you don't wanna drive. I guess they just door dash now and wouldn't bring me my cheeses. This is bad for business! If you mess up which you did! You should bring my stuff that I rightfully paid for! I will never order from this pizza Hut again unless they bring me what I paid for! Not really too much to ask! I gave 1 star only because 0 wasn't an option.

But the next 6 orders something was wrong every single time. The staff is dumber than a box of rocks and whoever is managing this place only keeps it open to get hourly pay and not sell pizzas. This is a conundrum on how they even stay open. There is only a limited amount if things on the menu that they actually make and some of it they choose not to even make right and just push out the door. Mediocrity at it's best. CLOSE IT DOWN.

Do not come here unless it’s for lunch time buffet. This place used to be great - it was always clean, attentive staff, etc. Now it’s constantly filthy, there doesn’t seem to be a manager anymore, and they’re chronically understaffed with high turnover. At least twice I’ve walked in and had the sole employee on staff tell me they can’t do dine in that day. And on top of all that, Pizza Hut raised prices. So now it’s a far worse experience for way more money. Steer clear.

Tonight 630-7ish we decided on pizza cuz it something that's easy to eat durning a long drive. I'm from waukesha wi and I've been craving my stuffed pep. Anyways we had a family situation that brought us driving to indianapolis and back and with stops and traffic that's a 13hr drive plus an hour of being in the city it's a hard drive . But I'm rambling lol still in the car an people in this city can't drive.. anyways thanks guys for the delicious an fresh pizza I wish I'd gotta your names so I could shout yall out 💯 but I think hopefully yall will know who this is.. and the kids smashed the brownie and are now passed out . But thanks guys for the top service .. if your in their area go there

New to the neighborhood and this place is awful. We’ve tried to order a few times.
The first time, they couldn’t deliver. After a few hours and a few check in calls from us, they told us we had to pick it up if we wanted it. Still tried to charge us after we said no. Had to handle that with that bank. Weirdly enough Pizza Hut customer service wouldn’t answer the phone throughout the following week.
Today the online service is messed up and the store won’t take phone orders. They keep saying “we don’t have that.”
I regularly order a plain cheese stuffed crust pizza, no toppings at all for my kids from this location. There was a mixup with how my order looked online when I ordered and the receipt they gave me. So they made the food correctly according to their receipt. I didn't check it while at the store because the guy at the counter was too fascinated with my nails and his manager who was in the back having her smoke session couldn't come at the moment to see my nails so the guy pulls out his phone and asks to video my nails to show her. Weird and uncomfortable. Fast forward to 10 minutes later once home realizing the order was wrong. So I called up there to make it right, but ended up being yelled at and talked to poorly because they had no intention of helping my situation. I get that your receipt is different than what my online order shows and that you made it proper to what you can see on your end, but all it takes is kindly explaining your policy to me and helping me with what my next steps could be since remaking a pizza was too difficult. I would've paid for a new pizza and contacted pizza hut for the online issue. But we couldn't get to that point before it was a screaming match. Highly disappointed with the customer service skills displayed by their employees. I did reach out to Pizza Hut and they are working with me on the situation. I will not be ordering from this location anymore due to poor customer service and creepy vibes from the employee behind the register.

Nope never again. Placed delivery order, less than 5 minutes later get notice that Doordash on way with uncooked pizza just like dominos does. KMA pizza hut last order from you. Not worth 35 bucks.

This is usually my go to location! Have never really had issues, but I ordered a pizza last night (09/21/2024) and am just disgusted by the delivery drivers actions! I guess I cannot add the video footage here, but the driver dug in her butt and then smelled it, all the while holding my pizza!
The pizza itself was also very very dry!!!! I don’t know what was going on, but I am not wanting to purchase more from this location!!!!!

I ordered pizza this afternoon and got charged 3 x in my card. And someone charged my card $500. Thank God my bank alerted me. Tried to call the manger there and explained to him and h e put me on hold. SMH. Will never order from this place again. Watch out people.
