Placed an online order. 15 minutes later when my order was supposed to be ready, I pulled up to the store to be called and told they were out of product to fulfill my order. I asked to cancel and was told I had to contact someone at corporate to issue my refund because it was an online order. 5 days later, all I've received is an AI generated email from subway customer service apologizing but non the less, keeping my money. I even tipped !! And still got nothing!

We ordered through my app from them last night. First off my sandwich was missing condiments but the worst part was I got into my second half of my sandwich and I flipped it over and realized I was eating moldy bread. Now I don't know what has happened to this subway in the last few months but it has started to go downhill. The last couple times my husband and I have ordered from them something has been wrong; stale bread, moldy bready, missing ingredients. We will be going to another subway from now on, which is unfortunate because this one is so close to where we live.

They were welcoming and spoke as soon as I walked in. I only had to use restroom. Bit restrooms were clean and stocked people were nice

We went last night and they were out of most chips and sodas. One employee was rude to my 11-year-old. We did not enjoy our sandwiches as they were not made to specification. For example, my friend asked for light mayonnaise and the employee put a ton of mayo on her sandwich. I ordered a 6 inch and the employee made a foot long and I didn't notice until it was time to put the vegetables on. She had been so rude to my son earlier I didn't bother pointing out her mistake. There was no manager on staff to talk to while we were there and we didn't realize how bad our food was until we left. When I tried to call to talk to somebody about it the phone number for this business does not connect and just has a message saying "sorry this number is unavailable."

Placed an online order and they burnt my food so bad I couldn’t eat but maybe half of it. I tried calling 6 times to see if I could maybe replace it. But no answer just rings and rings. Normally they’re pretty good but the one time I didn’t go in person and order and this happens. I do not recommend online orders from this location.
This Subway is in a small building on the corner of Main Street in Beech Grove with three other businesses. There is plenty of parking and never a long wait. I always see the same familiar faces when I go there and rhey are friendly, fresh and conveniently located near Beech Grove Meadows Nursing Facility.
