We called on our way back from Kentucky and he stayed open for us. Lots of delicious food. Brisket and pulled pork were perfect. Loved the green beans and Mac and cheese too. Thank you Billy! We really appreciate your kindness. Go see Billy!!!!

we ate lunch here yesterday, and it’s all I’ve thought about since then 🥲 rib tips were PERFECT!! We got 2 different sauces and were halfway through the tips before we remembered we had them lol sooooo good didn’t even need the sauce (but the sauces were both yummy too) the Mac n cheese was so flavorful and cheesy and the greens were fireeee 🤤 it’s a bonus that both people there were soooo nice and patient while we ordered (im picky) and the chef even gave us both a rib tip sample 🤪 THANK YOU

stopped in today and mentioned it was are first time and without even me asking he handed me a rib and said try this oh man made me order a whole rack and then handed us a sample of Mac and cheese and fire so ordered 2 Mac's and a order of greens and once again so good think I'll go back Sunday and try the brisket and I just wanted to say thank you I to both of you for being so kind!!!

Soooo tasty. Well-balanced flavor and juicy with great texture. 1st time here and we'll be back for sure. Edit: The Mac n cheese absolutely needs work though. It's too soft and portion is the size of a ranch cup. The meat is where it's at though and worth going of course.

This man sure does know his BBQ! The taste is one of the best flavors or rib tips. Definitely in the top 3! Truck is not always open. The gentleman that runs it is very nice and sociable. The Macaroni and Cheese and Potato Salad sides where delicious! However on the regular meals the sides are way too small. You would have to get a large side to mean anything. Wasn't a huge fan on Greens buy my husband really liked them. Definitely suggest this truck!

I tried this place by seeing it and decided stop to check it out the owner gave me a sample. And the rest history I cant get enough. Its not just his meats the sides are awesome.The owner is the nicest guy in the world. If you haven't tried you don't know what your missing.

Amazing food! We picked up Texas Boys for a company gathering and it was exceptional. Service was great and they were able to get us large pans for Mac n Cheese, Baked Beans, Brisket, and Shredded Pork. Each item was cooked to perfection and the meats were fall-apart good! Well done to the Texas Boys team - we appreciate the delicious meal!
Ordered a large amount of food. Customer service was amazing. They absolutely know how to treat their customers. Brought all of the food to my car and helped way beyond measures of what a food truck would normally do. They went above and beyond to help out. The food is beyond amazing and I will most definitely be back here again!
Hands down best ribs for the travel. True Texas hands whipping up this food. Absolute best service as well. I showed up on a Friday, at 7:55pm not realizing they close at 8. He stayed open for us, and even told us to try the ribs before we get back in the car; and if we didn't like them he would give us a full refund. Confidence in your product is key. I will 100% be back and continue to support this awesome business!!
