I'm extremely disappointed. Wish they had ratings in the negatives. We ordered hot, hot fries. I watched we were given the ones that had been sitting in rack since we walked in. Warm not hot. Ordered 6 chicken nuggets cooked fresh. They were cold. But we did 6 pcs. Reordered these, which were hot, but I only got 5 of 6 ordered. Next, we ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, and cheese. We got onion, mustard, ketchup, no cheese. Again, we had to say something about this and was given a burger with cheese put on top, not melted. Just put on a burger. To top things off we went thru drive thru to pick up the burger because of heavy rain. We picked up at window #1. We could not move car because of car in front was waiting for their order. Person at window advised us to move on there were others waiting to get their orders. Wonder if those orders were right? The girl at the register was the only one who got our order right. Everything she entered in register was exactly as we ordered. We don't usually complain, but this was just too much. So many wrongs do not make a right. Employees had no personalities, just attitude. One of those places where the customer is an inconvenience, not the one paying your salaries I did call the next day to talk with the manager.

Why should anyone come to McDonald's before going someplace that they have to be at a specific time? We got to McDonald's at about 4:37 thinking we had enough time to go somewhere before 5. We simply ordered a frappe and chicken strips. When it came to the second window, they told us to go into a waiting parking spot. We waited for about 10 minutes and they came out with the chicken strips and no frappe. They went back in and didn't come out. We were running out of time so we just left at 4:53, without the drink we paid $5 for. It was 2 simple things that should NOT take 20 minutes, and still forgetting half of the order.

This has got to be the worst McDonalds I have ever been too. After I paid for my food in the drive thru, I pull up to the next window and what I seen inside was crazy. There was probably 15-20 drinks with no lids scattered all over. And a girl walking back and forth you appeared to be lost. I waited nearly 10 minutes to try and get her attention. And finally just gave up and left hungry and $10 poor. After witnessing what was going on in there, her ignoring me and not giving me my food probably just saved me from getting the worse food poisoning of my life.
We waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for our food and she didn’t even acknowledge us. She just ignored us. We ended up driving off. We won’t be back. We never even got the food we paid for. Worst McDonald’s I have ever been too

14 of us walked in all ordered different orders. People were friendly all food was hot and fresh. Some got breakfast after normal breakfast hrs. From ordering to getting food under 3 minutes. They were on it. Great job.
