Ordered one pizza, waited an hour past delivery time, called and waited 10 mins for someone to pick up the phone. They said it'll be there any minute, waited 15 minutes and still no pizza. Had to call back to cancel it. Staff was friendly and apologetic but I wasted an hour and a half to get nothing

Berne, IN Pizza Hut is better then any Ft. Wayne, IN store. maybe not as many sells, but customers enjoy knowing people care about your food. There's a huge trust factor.
