The food was great here…hot, fresh, and delicious. The service may have been the worst I’ve ever experienced in my travels. The waitress brought my pizza and that was it. I had to walk up to get a refill on my drink, I had to bring my drink and my leftover pizza to the counter to get a box and to-go cup. All the while, the young folks working in the back were talking amongst themselves like it was their own hang-out zone and they weren’t on the clock. I don’t think I’ll be back here.

A great place to eat that’s fairly quiet, good staff, good food and a unique ordering experience with the telephones I forgot is pretty unique to the company. Prices are great for what you’re getting and it’s a good place for families going out to eat.

Had to change my review you did have five stars!! This restaurant is really going downhill. I stopped by about a week and a half ago, I think there was only one young lady was working. She was right, but the pizza was horrible.. I don’t know what you guys have been changing with your pizzas? But the mushrooms they were horrible🤢 I had no clue they were even mushrooms until I started picking around at them. The table and the booth Had pizza sauce and crumbs all over them, It looked like no one didn’t even attempt to clean the table at all. I definitely won’t be back anytime soon. just lost my business

We always have a positive experience any time we order from the pizza king here in berne- but wanted to get on here to give the woman (I believe she is a manager but I’m not certain) who has walked our food out for me ANY time I am by myself and have my one year old son with me. Every time it’s just been him and I in there, without hesitating she walks out of the kitchen with our food and walks with us to our vehicle and sits the food on the seat for me. Huge shout out to you if you’re reading this!! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had people at other places just watch me struggle as I’ve got him on one arm and my food in the other trying to juggle the door, the truck doors, etc all with a very busy and wiggly boy. Her kindness is always so appreciated truly, and how wonderful she is with my son as well as the rest of the staff. They all are super smiley and kind to him and to us. Great job to all of you!

Our party meet at a mutual location which was the Berne Pizza King to celebrate a birthday. We were impressed with how quickly we received our food with how busy they were for a Friday night and having a lot of pickup orders. Food was hot and yummy. Shift leader and server were very friendly. Only issues we encountered is that they didn’t have any regular coke on a busy Friday night. The staffed seem to enjoy their job as they were all laughing while working and getting along great. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the night. Great Job!! I have family members who work for pizza king and I know they would be proud of this store.

Pizza was really good. I was disappointed that no one told us that you got free breadsticks with a medium pizza or larger on Tuesday, which was the day we were there! The only reason I knew is because one of the ladies there with me, said something! None of the workers mentioned it, thought it was kinda sad!!

During lunch on a Wednesday, we had a party of 8 dining in. We did not call ahead to say we were coming. There was only one girl working the whole time we were there, which was for about an hour. She took our orders, answered the phone, brought our drinks, made our lunch, fulfilled carry-out orders and the orders of other customers who were also dining in. She managed the register when we were ready to pay. She did an excellent job, but she could’ve really used some help! Her name on my receipt is Layla L. She deserves a bonus or a raise and recognition for a job well done! Please value this hard working employee and make sure she does not have to work the lunch hour alone again.
