I placed a pretty straightforward order for a Bacon McDouble and a large fry at 1:10 PM. There was only one customer ahead of me. However, I didn’t receive my order until 1:27 PM. When they handed it to me, they explained that they had to wait for fresh fries. Disappointingly, after driving away, I discover that the fries were actually cold. It’s rather concerning when a simple order like mine gets screwed up. I’d hate to think what that other customer received.

Friendly staff BUT on today's visit we walk in and a manager is picking at her teeth with her finger, then a cook comes out front to use the restroom with his pants sagging and hands dirty, he looked like he had been working on cars all day and to top it off the same manager was picking her nose when we left. SMH the restaurant needs a good scrubbing top to bottom!

My food was cold and 3 sandwich were left behind.Parking: McDonald's parking lot in Bicknell, Indiana is decently plentiful.They provide an additional 4 parking spots. Three spots are to park when an order isn't finished and the 4th spot is for curbside pickup.Kid-friendliness: McDonald's in Bicknell, Indiana is a great place to take your little ones for an ice cream cone, if the ice cream machine isn't down!Wheelchair accessibility: McDonald's in Bicknell, Indiana is very well handicapped accessible. Both entrances have wheelchair ramps and inside the door is provided rails to hold onto if needed.

If cleanliness dosnt matter it's a McDonald's but by far filthy with unclean tables and trash and food with soda littering the dining floors looks like a new crew all in all is needed severely. I'd give it a worse review if I could.

Today they got my order wrong and didn't gave back $13 change . Are you kidding me ? She kept going inside to count money in the drawer. I told the manager that you guys have cameras , check , i never got my change back .We waitted and waitted. I had to go back to work so we left.Wrong orders happen here every other time we come , but now not giving back change .. common... this is first time ever I'm going to contact head quarters.I'm not the one to complain. when my personal order gets messed up I just say whatever . But my husband is allergic to pickles. once AGAIN I asked no pickles and to add 2 strips of bacon.. when I brought it home NO BACON and pickles there .. But i got charged for bacon. what the hell. and it was not bussy at all , I was only car there.

This particular location was way under the standard that you would expect for a McDonald's. I do not recommend this location in Bicknell IN.

I asked specifically for NO ONIONS and on my receipt it even said NO ONIONS and when I went to eat my burger it had extra onions. if you're going to have a business of fast food you need to listen to the customers it's not that hard.
