We have eaten here many times. We went in to have dinner and waited over ten minutes and nobody acknowledged that we were even standing there. Their service has gone hill bad. They seem to not even care anymore.

Dairy Queen in Bloomfield Indiana was amazing. Christina at the register was extremely professional and Dixie was phenomenal getting our food and ice cream. Delicious! Highly recommend! Good service! Good food!

I ordered 2-chili dogs no cheese with extra onions, a large fry and a box of dilly bars and a sundae. When I got home 5 minutes later, the chili dogs were cold, and there was only a few onions on them. I paid for extra onions. I called to tell someone about this and the young gentleman wanted to argue with me. Customer service obviously is not important to this venue.

I only love dairy Queen but the past couple months it's been going downhill this is the second time I've gotten a blizzard I could suck through a straw and salsa the second time I've gotten cold food that was soggy and tasted horribly old

I have been coming to this Dairy Queen my whole life and it is going downhill not only in quality of food but also in service. Sad to see! I rarely stop there anymore and when I do, I’m reminded why I choose to not go there more often.

When we walked in the door, there was a sign that the ice cream machine was down. We ordered our food, got our drinks while we were waiting. The pop was so flat, we told the boy that brought our food. He just said, are you kidding me? Then nothing else was mentioned. We could here them making Blizzards right and left while we were eating. So after we were done, my 2 yr old grandson wanted ice cream, so we stood there for prob 5 minutes waiting for one of the 3 people to acknowledge us. They were too busy talking among theirselves while a couple of people were making blizzards for 2 teenage girls. The both had camisole tops on, one was leaning over the counter of course and the other one was just standing there waiting for their ice cream. When my grandsons mom asked if they could make a blizzard, one of the boys said that the machine was off and on again. They had just made a bunch of them, he asked another boy if they could make one and he said NO leave it off. Now, i guarantee that if she had leaned across the counter w her boobs hanging out like the other girl, she would of walked out w a blizzard. There were too many young people in there and we never seen an adult… We have never had service like the before….

Wrong order multiple times blizzard were basically shakes by the time we got them no napkins whatsoever will not be returning
Been here three times to get swirl cones. They were out of chocolate ice cream the first two times. Called before going the third time to see if they had chocolate ice cream and they said yes. Went to get a swirl cone and they were unable to make a swirl cone because the machine wasn't working correctly.

One of the best Dairy Queens within 50 miles The food's been consistently fresh every time I've ever been here over the past year.
It's a little expensive for fast food (But so is most chains these days) but it's also really good compared to most fast food in the area 🤷♂️

I'd like to thank this Dairy Queen in Bloomfield Indiana for not playing LOUD MUSIC inside their establishment. Sadly most coffee shops and restaurants nowadays torture their customers with super loud inescapable music. This Dairy Queen was a welcome exception. Thank you.
