The oil was OLD, Chicken tenders were dark n tasted like burned oil. Same with my onion rings. They were so busy and the poor young girl behind the counter was trying to do it all herself. I actually felt bad that no one seemed to want to help her. Long wait, screaming kids, poor quality food. I was so disappointed.

The employees ignored customers inside to order. After awhile of waiting my family and others who were ahead of us all left. Will never go again .

Stopped there last night ordered a dipped cone and a blizzard at the drive through, (was in line for almost 30 minutes ) got our order which was evidently made when we placed our order. Both items were melted and running down the sides. Very poor service and quality of order!

The service was prompt and friendly and the chicken strips are very good. The only issue was what we were charged. We ordered eight chicken strips - no basket. If charged based on the "Two for $5" menu and our 'two' both being chicken strips, an order of four would be $5, ergo eight for $10. However, we were charged an ala carte price of $6.80 per four for a total of $13.60. I mentioned this to the girl and she said she rang it up as she thought logical. My bad for not paying closer attention BEFORE I paid.

Boy it was busy. They kept it all flowing well though. Would have given a 5 on service but was told to go sit down and someone would bring out our food we had a mixture of hot and icecream. A service brought the hot food and less than 60 sec someone from counter was having us come back up to counter to get the banana split. It was confusing.
But good food. Friendly service to spite the insane volume of customers.

Drive threw is a waste of time unless you want your order wrong and to be missing items that you paid extra for. I'm over it! This place has gone to hell in a hand basket in the service department. I literally roll my eyes now when the kids scream for dairy queen because I know the food with be cold, old, wrong, and missing items I've paid extra for. Tonight was another experience of over salted fries and missing items I paid for. Because these people are one of the few places in town for food they've stopped caring when completing orders because they know people will come back due to lack of options. I've drove home on multiple occasions with wrong food just to come back for a correction and be given the 3rd degree by a teenager. Basically if you want to eat here I understand it's better then driving to linton for food in a pinch but you're always playing Russian roulette with what's going to be given to you. The only thing this place has going for it is the recent remodel.

This particular Dairy Queen is absolutely disgusting! All the countertops are sticky, the floors are sticky and clearly covered in dirt, dead flys by all the windows and more flying around, the bathrooms have a horrific smell and urine all over the floors, the mirrors were so covered in spots you can’t see yourself, there were even dead flys in the drain trays of the soda machine. I’ve managed fast food restaurants before and this is beyond unacceptable. It’s terrifying to imagine what the condition of the kitchen is. Very disappointing and disturbing!
