Great food and great staff
One of the best DoD dining facilities I've eaten at. I haven't seen a Private in the ten years I've been attending! Three stars because I don't give five regularly and let's be real, this is a government run kitchen. No five star chefs work here, if so they aren't making those dishes here.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Good varied food selections. Friendly staff. Clean.A couple notes:1. Located on U.S. Navy base, so accessible only to those with Base access;2. Entryway signage says open until 1:00pm weekdays, but other published info says 12:30, which turns out to be correct.
We would catch a bus from the supply building to the cafeteria daily for lunch. The big meal of the week was the navy beans and ham. What an awesome and plentiful mid-day meal. Circa 1972 - 1975.
Over priced and horrible quality food.
Some of the best food in the area!
