Another night and out of roast beef! This it the 3rd time in as many months I have tried to stop for food at this location only to be told “we are out of Roast beef”! At this point I won’t even try to stop there again!

Again, out of roast beef. How does this happen? Your main offering. What you are known for and you don't have any on a Friday evening? And it's not the first time. This is so frequent I just laugh and drive away. How does the day manager keep their job when they are this bad at forecasting the need? Or how does the night shift manager keep their job after allowing the night shift to close the slicer down hours before their closing time? I suppose we'll never find out because the one thing we do know, none of the management cares.

When you pay x amount of liquid cheese they fill cup half way. Do you go back up and ask for a full container of cheese or some money back?
My wife and I chose this place in Bluffton, Indiana to have a nice meal. To our surprise, they were out of Roast Beef. The employee informed me they had been out for at least 3 weeks. We ordered curly fries and 2 medium drinks. When we got our order the curly fries were cold. So my wife took them back to the counter and asked for 2 fresh orders. The young employee insisted she present the receipt. I'm getting annoyed cause we just left the counter. She shows it to her, and she yells back at another employee, this lady complained you have to make fresh ones. A few minutes later she served us 2 fresh orders and said to my wife "Are you happy now" I had to behave. We grabbed our order and left. The prices are outrageous for one med drink it was $2.59 we each had a drink. Our curly fries were $3.50 each Bringing our grand total for 2 curl fries and 2 medium drinks to $12.18 that's robbery!! The employees were too busy playing grab-ass with each other to worry about any kind of standards with the food or with their service. When restaurants try to take advantage of us citizens then maybe they've forgotten who got them famous. Why have we excepted places like this when they lower their quality and humanity. They should be ashamed!! We will definitely never go back!!

A little more expensive than the other fast food restaurants in Bluffton Indiana, however the food, employees and the cleanliness of the store are worth it in my opinion.

I wish people would count the sandwiches before they put them in the bag… What’s the point of drive thru if I have to come back in and get my 4th sandwich?
One of my chicken fingers was like a breaded and fried piece of leather. Skinny and tough.

Food was fine. At least they had roast beef this time. Crinkle fries were really good. However, there wasn't a clean table in the dining area. And those that were wipes were still a bit sticky.
30 min in drive thru, had to pull aside and wait for my food , when I got home it was incorrect?

Update; now they can’t make my sandwich because they’re out of roast. Beef manager says people really like the roast beef so they order that a lot. Maybe it’s because you’re a roast beef restaurant. Can’t get an order right if their life depended on it; 0 for 3. If it’s a combo meal chances are it comes with more than a sandwich.
