Ordered a small Oreo blizzard - it was ridiculously expensive, and inch below the rim of the cup and absolutely NO Oreos in the bottom half. For what you pay, this place is a joke.

Absolutely embarrassing… my sister and I came through to get some ice cream tonight. I ordered a small hot fudge sundae and this is what I got. I paid $4.29 for this. What a waste of time and money. We didn’t send it back because we didn’t want to be a bother, but I wish I would have.

This has to be one of the slowest DQs. Waited 10 mins for the guy in front of me to be able to places his order, then I pulled up and waited another 10 plus mins. I eventually got tired of waiting and left. All I wanted was an ice cream cone. They either need, better time management, more staff, or management that can run this facility efficiently and effectively!

My husband stopped by tonight at 8:25 to get us dinner because we hadn’t had anything … all employees were outside smoking and told him they were no longer serving people. Kind of sad especially when their hours say they are open til 9:30.

I went in and ordered 2 large blizzards. When I took the lid off it was all liquid. The worst blizzard I've ever had. I will not go back.
Slowest DQ I have ever been to. You will wait ages at the speaker box to even be acknowledged—then longer for them to take your order. I came through the other night and waited forever at the speaker then the window after finally having my order taken—decided to drive off as I had waited long enough and they hadn’t even taken my payment or come to say hello. Just wanted a mini blizzard. Went to Wendy’s to get a frosty—it took two minutes and they barely had any people working. Don’t bother coming to DQ unless you want to make a whole evening out of getting some ice cream. Husband and I have been several times since moving to bluffton a year ago and had basically this experience every single time—guess the owner is trying to play franchisee on hard mode by making sure employees are trained to completely ignore the drive thru.
