went threw the drive thru to get a Heath CARMEL brownie cupfection and bearly got any ice cream in it and no Carmel what so ever in it and all chocolate sauce I spent $7 on this for a thing that looked like poop in a cup

New to the Bluffton area, and I’ve been a few times to this location. They always have great service and good food. Recently I had forgotten my debit card, and left it with the drive through tenant. The manager went above and beyond by researching my name and reaching out via FB messenger. Overall I have nothing but good things to say about the Bluffton DQ. The service and the over the top honesty and customer service is unmatched!

I love Dairy Queen’s food but the Dairy Queen in town is horrible. Been horrible for about a year+. The speaker at the drive thru barely works, they prepare my order wrong every time. Ordered two honey bbq sauced and tossed chicken strip baskets. No sauce at all, called them and the manager told us to come thru when we can and get that fixed. That was the only time I was happy with the service, I was excited to get my food correct once. I come through and yk the speaker doesn’t work no matter how loud you talk they can’t understand you. Pull around tell them the deal, they pull is forward for 10 minutes (that’s fine I think because the food will be fresh) when we get the food the sauces we asked for aren’t there, and they’re not really sauces an tossed at all. There was basically no barbecue sauce at all on it. This isn’t a one time occurrence, this happens every time we go thru nearly.

Me and my family go in the evening sometimes for dinner. The only time we get our order correct is when the ladies are working. When it's the boys they are playing around or get our order wrong and make us order again and pay more. We have went less and less.

Ordered a small Oreo blizzard - it was ridiculously expensive, and inch below the rim of the cup and absolutely NO Oreos in the bottom half. For what you pay, this place is a joke.

waited forever in line for the lady at the window to have the nastiest attitude when she was talking to me and then they didn’t have have ranch and they haven’t had ranch for the last 10+ times i’ve came in the past terrible experience everytime i come and i hope each time they are getting better but no change all, All of the works there are filthy looking and need a shower i hope to see some change in the future or you will be seeing a lot less people from bluffton coming in

Went through drive-thru for a burger, asked for a side of ranch and they said they were out. My burger had ranch on it so I asked if there was going to be any on that and they said yes but we're out. I've been here a bunch of times and everytime they are out of ranch. I've been told it has to sit overnight to cure, so it's like okay well then why don't you make more than enough so that you don't run out. Doesn't make sense. Bad management

Absolutely embarrassing… my sister and I came through to get some ice cream tonight. I ordered a small hot fudge sundae and this is what I got. I paid $4.29 for this. What a waste of time and money. We didn’t send it back because we didn’t want to be a bother, but I wish I would have.

This has to be one of the slowest DQs. Waited 10 mins for the guy in front of me to be able to places his order, then I pulled up and waited another 10 plus mins. I eventually got tired of waiting and left. All I wanted was an ice cream cone. They either need, better time management, more staff, or management that can run this facility efficiently and effectively!
