Placed a mobile ordered for a medium hot fudge sundae add mallow cream which costs and a 4 piece chicken strip basket with gravy and cheese curds. Get there and wait about 10 minutes before someone finally asks me if I'm doordash 🙄 no.... Tell her my name and I get informed they have no gravy. Then she hands me my sundae first then wait a few more minutes before being handed my chicken strip basket. I opened it before Ieft as I do to make sure the order is right and there's no marinara and had to ask for it and this has happened EVERY time I've ordered cheese curds from this location!! Also, my med hot fudge sundae did NOT have the mallow cream on it I paid extra for so I called the store and the girl answered the phone and I told her it wasn't on there and she said 'ate you sure? Cause I put it under the fudge' ...... Are you freaking kidding me?! I asked her 'why would you put a WHITE substance directly on top of another white substance THEN put the fudge over it knowing I wouldn't be able to tell it's even on there??' she said 'I'll give you to my manager' instead of giving me an answer. I was SO frustrated cause it seems like almost every fast food restaurant I go to cannot ever seem to get my order right so I ended up telling him I won't ever be coming to that store again and hung up!! I'm just so DONE with the entire world nowadays!! 💯 Throwing $ away left and right and when you call people out or tell them you didn't receive something YOU paid for they make YOU out to be a Karen or like you're just complaining to complain when it's MY $ being wasted!! That'd be ME getting ripped off!! DUH!! 🙄 I will NOT be going back to this location anytime soon!! 💯

Every single time me and my family go to Dairy Queen the employees are absolutely horrible to us. I think there’s only been one time that my dad and I went inside and the lady running the counter was actually pleasant. Every other time has been through drive through and we are met with such hostility. My mother will be as nice as can be, and simply ask for a lid or straw and they act like it’s the end of the world. I hoped it was just a fluke the first few times but it’s definitely a trend now. We won’t be going back.

went threw the drive thru to get a Heath CARMEL brownie cupfection and bearly got any ice cream in it and no Carmel what so ever in it and all chocolate sauce I spent $7 on this for a thing that looked like poop in a cup

New to the Bluffton area, and I’ve been a few times to this location. They always have great service and good food. Recently I had forgotten my debit card, and left it with the drive through tenant. The manager went above and beyond by researching my name and reaching out via FB messenger. Overall I have nothing but good things to say about the Bluffton DQ. The service and the over the top honesty and customer service is unmatched!
Second time doing a mobile order, come to pick up at the time designated and they haven’t even started making it. Don’t waste your time ordering online.

I love Dairy Queen’s food but the Dairy Queen in town is horrible. Been horrible for about a year+. The speaker at the drive thru barely works, they prepare my order wrong every time. Ordered two honey bbq sauced and tossed chicken strip baskets. No sauce at all, called them and the manager told us to come thru when we can and get that fixed. That was the only time I was happy with the service, I was excited to get my food correct once. I come through and yk the speaker doesn’t work no matter how loud you talk they can’t understand you. Pull around tell them the deal, they pull is forward for 10 minutes (that’s fine I think because the food will be fresh) when we get the food the sauces we asked for aren’t there, and they’re not really sauces an tossed at all. There was basically no barbecue sauce at all on it. This isn’t a one time occurrence, this happens every time we go thru nearly.

Me and my family go in the evening sometimes for dinner. The only time we get our order correct is when the ladies are working. When it's the boys they are playing around or get our order wrong and make us order again and pay more. We have went less and less.
