My family and I absolutely enjoyed this restaurant! This restaurant was fabulous, clean and the service was outstanding! We dined in and the service was great couldn't ask for a better place to eat.

I stopped by today at 8 38 to get me a breakfast platter sausage like I normally do. When I got to the window, I handed the lady $6.50 for the bill. When I did, she said something about that customer ordered rudely. When I got my .09 cents Back, she said I hope your day improves like it was my fault. Now understand my voice is raspy at the moment. But there was absolutely no call for making such rude comments while the customer (me) is at the window but it gets better. When I called to complain the lady who answered (Kaylee) (sp) was silent and said that she did nit have the time to talk because she was busy and said she would take care of it and hang up on me. My gut feeling is it was the same person. So rude service followed up by more rude service. Not a good combo for customer retention. I all but Stopped going to Hardee's in Bluffton, and now I will stop. I do not need rude, arrogant people treating me like that.

Ordered a ham sandwich and fries ...ham was cold in the center .. fries had a burnt smokey smell to them and didn't taste real good . Almost like oil needed changed out with new or something .
