Ordered food on the app to pick up. Forgot to order an item. When I went to pick up food I asked to order additional item and lady at window had bad attitude and basically told me no and closed the window on me. When she brought my food to the window she basically threw it out the window at me.

They can’t keep employees and then they have to rush to keep up. Kristina B was very rude in the drive through and my frisco wasn’t even toasted, just got soggy buttered bread. Hardee’s has been going downhill for a while
