Just wanted to shout them out. My brother came home never had them before and I talked them up so we decided to have it for dinner. They did not disappoint and it was a big order for like 8 people and the food was ready in under 30 minutes. The food was all there and delicious. So thank you for taking care of us and we hope you guys have a Merry Christmas.

We ordered an almost $70 pick up order online. Two of the burritos were made wrong. Employee was rude and unhappy about having to remake them. The food in general was good, but customer service was not.

I got takeout of 2 bowls. They were pretty good. They had quite a bit of rice and were suppose to have double chicken but I’m not sure if we actually got double. Mine also seemed to be missing the sauce on it that I requested which made me kind of sad. I think maybe the 2nd bowl I ordered was okay though. I guess maybe I need to request the sauce on the side next time, I’m not sure.

First timer. Awesome food. I’m not a fan of Chipotle and this is wayyyyy better. You get so much food!!!! Paid $33 for 2 people but I should not have ordered so much. I couldn’t eat half of it.

First time there, asked how it worked? Was told just like Chipotle. Huh, I have never been there either. Explain a little better. However, food was good and filling.

I really like this place! The work staff always so friendly and in my opinion give decent portion sizes. This place is always clean and welcoming.

This was are third time ordering. As usual the food was great and portions were large. We did have an issue this time. We didn’t get all that we ordered. I still would recommend Hot Head Burrito, but check your order before you leave on a pick up.

First time visiting, I purchased the vegetarian bowl. I’m Not sure what was in it that made it so spicy but it had some heat. Large quantity and good taste

Food was good but we unfortunately were missing parts of our kids meal so it was a bummer to pay $7.25 for just a cheese quesadilla.

We had the ala cart. Came to $35.00 for two with the tip? Probably a one time visit. Food was luke warm. Employees and service was great. I don't feel that we received a good value compared to other options in town.

This location offers very bland and moderately warm food. The mexican style rice (probably the best dish) 5/10, the chicken 5/10, the beans you couldn’t taste 4/10, the cheese was processed and takes over the dish (not in a good way) 3/10, the guacamole is horrible 1/10, the lettuce was old and tasted so 2/10, and the sauces? Eh. Not impressed and stored cold. Again sauce overwhelms everything. The only good thing in my burrito was the onions, they were good. Everything else was bland, lukewarm, and ultimately unenjoyable. If you are hungry for Mexican (burritos, bowls, nachos, tacos, etc.), go to either one of the Mexican restaurants in town. This place is not worth $15.

I really don’t know where they need to add more flavor. Use more seasoning? Buy fresher ingredients? The guacamole is one of the lowest tiered guacs I’ve ever had.

The more I reflect the more aware I am at how disappointing that meal was.

Bluffton just can’t catch a winner.

Edit:
I returned to give this location a second review. It did go well. I went around 6:45pm. The food was a bit hotter, which made everything better. I ordered the same thing with the exception of opting for their hot salsa instead of a sauce. The salsa was really good and tied the burrito together. It helped mask the strong cheese flavor, which in turn made it more enjoyable. The lettuce was fresher and more enjoyable as well. The tortilla is a bit too moist, sticks to the roof of your mouth sometimes, but it doesn’t break. Finally, the guacamole still has that unpleasant flavor.

Could probably season the black beans a bit, and change the guacamole recipe; but so much better and the staff was great. I didn’t catch her name but she wrapped a perfect burrito. Thank you Hot Heads - Bluffton for striving to improve. 4/5.

The food was good and fresh. Service was fine; the burritos had everything we asked for, but each ingredient was in its own little pile. One of us ended up eating all the meat in the first half of the burrito, not realizing it wasn't spread across the whole thing. It was still really good lol.
