Don’t do it. They are gross, not wearing gloves. A guy put his hands down his pants and had to be told to wash his hands. We walked out without our food and called KFC right away

Placed an order online. Got an email saying it was ready. Get there and they say it was cancelled. However, at no point did i get an email saying it was cancelled.

0 stars would be more fitting. The place itself was dirty and the employees didnt seem to care at all. The food was terrible. You could tell it had been sitting awhile. The corn and chicken look like they had been cooked for hours thats how dry they were. And when a worker walked by us they didnt even ask us how things were or anything because they clearly don't care. I had to clean the table and seats off before I even sat down. I will not be back for a long time unless something changes soon. Absolutely ridiculous.

DoorDash drivers beware of this horrible restaurant. I had a DoorDash order to pick up there and the Dasher said that it would be ready by 8:53 pm, so I got there on a time and they told me it would be done in about a few minutes. But around 9:15pm I was still waiting for the food so I ended up just leaving and in assigning myself to the order. I felt bad for not picking up the food for the customer but still it’s ridiculous that I had to wait so freaking long for the food. I’m never going to pick up any DoorDash order some restaurant that I suggest you shouldn’t either. This place needs to be shut down for how horrible the staff and management run things

I don't like giving bad reviews but this location is being run into the ground. 😟 I didn't have just 1 isolated bad experience... I've had three in a row. The most recent visit was the worst and lead me to make a final decision not to return. The staff were very rude. They were dismissive entirely. The chicken sandwich was inedible. My sandwich and my husband's food (a bucket with fries, tenders, potato ball things) seemed hours old. When I ask for the sauces that were meant to be included, I was met with a visible attitude and other coworkers laughing. I was so kind. It was strange. Very negative energy that felt heavy to be around. The lobby and eating area were a disaster. Sometimes during busy rushed these things happen, but we were the only people in the restaurant at the time. 😞 Not 1 table was prepared. I hope the staffing issues can be turned around because this location use to be somewhere we looked forward to eating at.

This place has gone WAY downhill over the last few years!! I will NOT go back there anytime soon!! Ordered the new deep fried dill pickle chips and a famous bowl fill-up meal and please tell me why my deepfried pickle chips were OVER COOKED to the point even the pickles in the breading were HARD as a ROCK!! I couldn't even bite into them it was so bad!! Then, the popcorn chicken in my famous bowl was so old I couldn't even cut the pieces into smaller pieces and had to throw it all away!! 0/5 ⭐s do NOT recommend!! The inside of the store is disgusting as well!! Honestly surprised they haven't been closed down yet but it's coming if they keep going the way they been going the last 3+ years!!

Four times over the last 2 months I have gone through the drive-thru to get a chicken pot pie meal and they seem to never have any ready. I have tried going into the restaurant itself and they have had the doors locked during business hours, and have been inside when they locked the doors leaving people pulling on the doors, for whatever reason.

We went thru the drive thru and sat there for 10 min, then had to repeat our order 4 or 5 times. We got to the window, paid, and were told to pull up (even though there was no one behind us). Finally, after waiting another 15 minutes, we're handed our bag. Before pulling into the road, I looked thru the bag to make sure we got what we ordered, and we're missing FOUR things!!!!!! We turn around and park at the front door. My husband gets out and was met at the door with the rest of our order.
We get home to eat. The order was still wrong... ordered extra crispy, got original. Plus, the biscuits were flat, hard, and burned. My famous bowl was gross, with chicken pieces that were so hard that I couldn't even chew it! It was mostly gravy and maybe a plastic spoonful of potatoes, and about 5 kernels of corn. 2 hours after eating, I was running to the bathroom, throwing up.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, I’m not normally one to write a review, but in my all honest opinion, the inside is completely filthy ants on the floor, trash all over the floor in the kitchen area definitely would not recommend going there and I will not be back

They say they close at 10pm 920 was out of food and said the fryer was shut off. Sounds like a u problem, never really happy with this location. Always something different.

I deliver for Doordash. So I go in and out of a lot of restaurants and I'm able to observe lots of staff and management styles. Sadly, and I truly hate to trash a place, but this is probably the worst management and staff of any restaurant that I have picked up from in Indiana. I can't comment on the food because I haven't eaten here in a long long time and I've lived in the area for 38 years. One of the major draws for us was the buffet, so when that was no longer an option at this location, we quit coming. The order I'm currently waiting for was according to the doordash app. Supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago. When I came in the door they told me it would be another 10 minutes on the crispy chicken which tells me they didn't have any ready.
