I ordered on app deluxe spicy mccrispychicken sandwich meal and deluxe mccrispy chicken sandwich meal no lettuce extra mayo ... the spicy one was not deluxe it had cheese pickles on it and the other had no extra mayo and had lettuce and they won't answer the phone. plus dude in drive thru is high or something cuz he almost forgot drinks an very talkative and flirty and our fries were cold cuz he was talking to person in van in front of us for a few after they already had their food plus set in drive through for forver we ended up ordering on app b4 we got to speaker... oh and of course ice-cream machine is not working like usual which is a huge bummer

I like how their manager Allison was very rude and disrespectful constantly saying I can't hear you I can't hear you on the phone and but yet she was hearing me okay when I called back and asked her her name and everything else she heard me just fine she was very rude on the phone and disrespectful all because I was asking a very important question regarding w-2s I swear to God this place has not changed one freaking bet I'll tell you because to be honest with you when I was working there I got treated horribly and to be honest I'm surprised that person Allison is even answering the phone cuz I could have sworn she wasn't even management unless they made all the bad employees management here you go again

When I went back through my girlfriend had also expressed that her frappe had tasted like water so she asked for a new frappe with no whip. The inside was closed at 9:50 pm on a Saturday night! We mobile ordered and went to pick it up in the drive thru, however they were not answering lane 2, without notice! Line 1 was moving constantly and was backed up . We changed to inside pickup but the doors were locked even though workers were sitting in the eating area. We never received our food after waiting in line and the curbside area for nearly 20 minutes! This is possibly the worst restaurant ( not just worst McDonald’s) in the entire state. If you expect to get your food, in a timely manner AND correctly made, this is definitely not the place to go!

I don’t necessarily understand how it can be so hard for someone to simply put the mac sauce in the bag or actually cook your sandwich cooked to order or or not use patties that have been sitting in cab for the past hour and a half. let me tell you, it’s not that hard. i’ve worked at mcdonald’s and really not rocket science which means the people here must have an IQ lower than room temperature.

If you want a place that takes forever to get your food- and when you do get it, it’s cold- go to this McDonald’s! Line was short, 8:20am with 4 cars. One ahead of us, 2 behind. They had the car in front of us pull ahead, us and the 2 cars following behind in parking spots.
There was no line, and no one waiting. Here we are, almost 20 minutes later still waiting. RIDICULOUS.

The past two orders that I've ordered through DoorDash were awful. They threw the food into a big DoorDash bag, instead of putting it into a McDonald's bag and then putting it into a DoorDash bag. Food was all over the bottom of the bag. I ordered a 10piece nugget, because there was a deal to get one free with spending $15. I received a 4 piece nugget instead. Air was exposed to the food, so it was cold. This morning, I ordered breakfast, and they gave me an orange juice instead of an orange Fanta. I really don't like orange juice. They also didn't give a hashround with my meal. This place is really going downhill, and it seems like they are ALWAYS messing up the orders. Food is subpar as well, because it isn't fresh most of the time. I get that it is fast food, but it seems like they are serving food that has been sitting since lunch started, at NIGHT TIME.

The times aren't right, for Friday and Saturdays it's says online and on their signs drive threw open until 1am but their actually open until 12. Then when going their tonight at 11:20pm we order our meals they said we don't have fries so you can only get the sandwiches. When we drive to the window we was told sorry the manager closed everything early she wants to go home. To me that is horrible customer serives. It's been like this for the last 6months.
Poor shift leadership and always a 30 minute wait in drive thru Disrespectful employees. Let me take over and ill make sure its running like a finely tuned machine. Emphasis on poor shift leadership. Fire these douche bags who disrespect their own employees.
