I ordered on app deluxe spicy mccrispychicken sandwich meal and deluxe mccrispy chicken sandwich meal no lettuce extra mayo ... the spicy one was not deluxe it had cheese pickles on it and the other had no extra mayo and had lettuce and they won't answer the phone. plus dude in drive thru is high or something cuz he almost forgot drinks an very talkative and flirty and our fries were cold cuz he was talking to person in van in front of us for a few after they already had...
I placed an order online at 11:30 at night. I go to pick it up all the lights are on but no one speaks to me when I pull up. After knocking on a window the manager tells me that she had to quit serving because she didn't have enough employees. It would have been nice if someone had said that they were not serving when I pulled up.
This McDonald’s is wonderful! They are always quick with my orders and I rarely have issues. My food is never messed up if I modify the way it comes, they also may have you pull forward but only for a moment and the food comes out fresh and hot. The staff are super kind and always apologetic when they request I pull forward to wait a moment for food. Top notch customer service at Bluffton McDonald’s every time!
