If the store is behind, you do not continue to take orders and give them times of 23-36 minutes. When in fact it’s going to be 45 minutes!!! I do not care how backed up you are, you are completely capable of changing that. Literally the only person here, if you’re so busy where is everyone, doordash, people??? The worst service I’ve ever received from this place. I should of just got it in waynedale on my way home. Just trash service man.. trash!!!!

The food is good. When placing an order over the phone it goes to a call center. The call center is NOT good about getting the order correct!! then when you ask the employees inside the establishment, if the order was done correctly, they respond yes but never look. We later found out that it was not correct and completely flip-flopped from the way we had asked for it.
