When you call you get foreign person taking your order and he got ours messed up and cost us more money since it was wrong. I don’t understand why it is so hard for Bluffton,Indiana to pick up the phone and take your order. No, now we have a foreign person answering phones from who knows where and can’t understand what you are ordering. Proves to me that I will just have to go inside and place my order for it to hopefully be correct. Very disappointed!!!!
Pizza has gotten alot worse over the last few years. Salad bar has gone down hill and when you ask for ranch now you get little dip cups for 80 cents each and they suck. I miss the old pizza hutt!

Pizza Hut offers a food and salad bar that is well stocked and some customers crave and visit about once a month. The staff is very nice, well mannered, and helpful. Although the service can be slow at times, the restaurant excels in catering to large orders, such as delivering 40 large pizzas right on time for a party. The managers are easy to work with, and the pizzas are highly appreciated, including the perfect none greasy taco pizza.
