The lead employee was extremely rude
not only to us but to the other employees.
We were asking for different vegetables on our nachos with additional and we were more than willing to pay for them and we were informed that wasn’t an option. We’ve never been to a subway that didn’t cater to the customers wishes. It was an embarrassing situation for the other employees.

I ordered online and left specific instructions to both of my subs to be toasted and when we got home. The subs were cold and you could tell they haven't been toasted. I like to know if the employees can read or not.

The store is bright and airy now but the team are doom and gloom. Terrible service and only the bare necessity in communication. I made an effort to be joyful myself and polite but still got no rise nor any form of reciprocation. I’d just use the app but they don’t allow discounts at this location via the app.

The Bluffton subway passed out little duckies attached to a paper at the street fair parade. The paper read: “bring this duckie into the Bluffton subway for a free cookie”. My kids loved this idea. Held onto those ducks for two weeks until we finally made it into subway. I ordered two subs online (even though no purchase was really necessary) and waited in line for our cookies. The employee was annoyed with us and said she would not give us cookies because the papers weren’t attached. Of course my kids had played with these ducks and the paper fell off and I threw them away because the paper just said “bring the duck”. So my kids got no cookies and Subway was dishonest in honoring what they said they would do. Talked to the manager who was also annoyed at me and told me people were being dishonest so that’s the rule, but we were not. She said she didn’t realize it was written that way on the paper, and I could come back in for my cookies. It wasn’t about the cookies. It’s about a business honoring their customers by keeping their word, and making up for it if they made a mistake.

Also: I asked my sandwiches be cut into 4th and only one side of the sub was cut so I had to tear them apart for my kids which is a hot mess.

I get the breadless bowls 3 times now they forget items that I pick and put it in a bowl. I use the app and pick it up. Getting tired of this happens again. I'm going to have to do something.

We love Subway. Decent nutrition that tastes great. They were slammed when we got there and we had to wait - which I understand, but consistency between sandwich builds was wildly different between which employee was building your sandwich. We'll be back because we love the sandwiches.
