The Bluffton subway passed out little duckies attached to a paper at the street fair parade. The paper read: “bring this duckie into the Bluffton subway for a free cookie”. My kids loved this idea. Held onto those ducks for two weeks until we finally made it into subway. I ordered two subs online (even though no purchase was really necessary) and waited in line for our cookies. The employee was annoyed with us and said she would not give us cookies because the papers weren’t attached. Of course my kids had played with these ducks and the paper fell off and I threw them away because the paper just said “bring the duck”. So my kids got no cookies and Subway was dishonest in honoring what they said they would do. Talked to the manager who was also annoyed at me and told me people were being dishonest so that’s the rule, but we were not. She said she didn’t realize it was written that way on the paper, and I could come back in for my cookies. It wasn’t about the cookies. It’s about a business honoring their customers by keeping their word, and making up for it if they made a mistake.

Also: I asked my sandwiches be cut into 4th and only one side of the sub was cut so I had to tear them apart for my kids which is a hot mess.

I get the breadless bowls 3 times now they forget items that I pick and put it in a bowl. I use the app and pick it up. Getting tired of this happens again. I'm going to have to do something.

The three employees that were working Friday evening (2/16) were very efficient and friendly! We had four foot longs and they were all made well in less than 5 minutes. Great job guys!

We love Subway. Decent nutrition that tastes great. They were slammed when we got there and we had to wait - which I understand, but consistency between sandwich builds was wildly different between which employee was building your sandwich. We'll be back because we love the sandwiches.

Food is usually good. Service could use improving. Several times in the past month when I have stopped in to get a sub I have to wait on 3 to 7 online orders to be made before I get helped. How is this fair to me to make me wait while you make their subs. I do not order online anywhere because I don't want my credit card number and information out there. I guess I will have to either get used to playing second fiddle to the online orders or go elsewhere.

Voice in the wilderness.

The reason I’m giving a one star review is because while the staff is friendly and overall atmosphere was great they don’t practice Good food sanitation. I came in on 11/28/22 and ordered a chicken sub and after eating it I got very sick!! I believe it was a case of mild salmonella and was sick for around 24 hours. Because of this I can’t trust the restaurant to keep their food clean and employees to wash their hands! Very embarrassing!
