Stupid people, nasty ass food. Can’t ever get my order right and the food is old and isn’t done right, EVER. Might as well hit the gas station for a hammy.
the manager was extremely rude, racist, and snappy with us about our choice of clothing and disrespected us highly do not come here unless you wanna feel disrespected and embarrassed and eat with flies all over your food
The ppl were friendly. The atmosphere was nice. Evrything was clean and well kept.

Took away breakfast. That was the superior thing. Ruin Taco Bell for me. Won’t be back til that changes.
Don't go not worth it, messed up the order completely and didn't even cook my cheese roll up!

Love it when I pay extra to make something supreme and they give u a 2 ml drop of sour cream. Oh and the fact that I said a #6 BEEF INSTEAD OF CHICKEN!!!! Drive all the way home to find that nasty a** chicken and the receipt slapped on the bag says BEEF!!!! FYI check ur bag before u pull out or ur gonna be just as PO'd as I am rn smh....who knew such simple instructions could be so easily made into the nasty chalupa I couldn't even eat lol keep it up taco bell of Bluffton ur following McDonald's path to a T. $15 wasted n still hungry HA....

didn’t spend a dime at this location because I was denied service, I asked if I could get the soft tacos for my order grilled & I was rudely told NO. Piss poor customer service once again from a small town!
There's usually a decent line here so that should tell you how well the atmosphere is. Drive thru is quick and food always hot. Service has always been professional as well.

It's a taco bell so expect the quality to be kinda meh. The staff are pretty nice and the service are quick. Only problem is the occasional bugs and lack of cleanliness depending on who is working since staff turnover seems pretty high. Expect a minimum wage amount of effort and you will be satisfied

Honestly I'm not a big fan of Taco Bell but the food is cheap and the services rather quick. Their drive-thru is much faster than most places and I guess that's what keeps bringing me back.

Placed a mobile order at 730pm,got there about 8pm and no food was on shelf. I left the store after 830pm finally with food.
I asked the cashier about my order, she said it wasn't ready. Based on the comment, she made it sound like it was still being processed and food made.
Time goes by I said this order was placed 30min ago, she again goes to check asks me to check location we placed order to pickup. I verified it was their store location.
After 40min i tell the cahsier how long it has been? She goes to ask a worker, comes back to tell me there is no history of the transaction. I said let me check my bank account. It does indeed show Tacobell deducted the transaction. I had asked if this happens often, the cashier tells me she doesn't know because she is new.
The cashier tells me she's doesn't know what to do because they can't see the order in their system. I said someone has to figure it out and find the transaction. She stares at me. I ask if there is a manager, he comes over. He asks what the issue is, and after a few minutes he finds the transaction in their system.
No hurry was made to make the order, no real appology, no explanation. No effort from anyone until i ask for a manager to resolve this situation. I told the cashier I can handle if there was a mistake, things happen. However no one did anything until I had to question my order.
Poor communication and lack of effort to make the situation right other than making my order. Cashier should have sought a solution vs making me wait thinking my food was being made, other customers orders should not had come before mine especially after knowing I was in your store for 30min and questioning.
I've have come to this store for years and really no issues. Tonight was unacceptable with service, effort, and communication.
