HORRIBLE SERVICE. We showed up in the drive thru an hour before they closed. We were with the car in front of us as a group, and we jokingly honked at them.
We were then told to get off the property with no other explanation. They refused to serve us. Lazy employees looking for any reason to not do their jobs.

I want to drive through a place an order online from what I thought I could not find it. I asked them if they could tell him my email if I went to the correct town, they stated they know nothing about the app which they work for Taco Bell they should be trained on answering questions on the app. So then I asked if you have a manager that could help me out they said they’re too busy right now to help me figure this out so I left went to KFC. I called and asked for a store manager and they said they have a store manager there right now. I said can I speak to the store manager? They said they are too busy right now they can take a message spentmy money at kfc

Im from Ohio and my car ran out of coolant so I pulled into tacobell. Usually tacobells are open at 5am so I didnt think anything of it.. plus i was hungry.. a lady came outside screaming at me telling me that im a threat because they are cleaning? I just wanted some food and use the bathroom while my car was cooling down so I could add coolant.. she also told me to get off of the property even while trying to explain that my engine is overheating. She just didnt care. She smelled like weed too..

Going during non-peak hours? Highly recommended. Fast and accurate service. Going during peak hours? 1/5 service tops. Went at 9pm and sat in drive thru for 15 minutes with no movement. Cancelled my order and went home to question my life choices. The same cars are probably still sitting in the drive thru.
Ordered crunch wrapsupreme for my husband and I, both came with no meal in them. Disappointed considering that it was our dinner for the night. At least the drive up lady was kind. (Not her fault.)

Absolutely most terrible experience! I ordered from DoorDash at 11:53- patiently I wait and wait and wait- time on the app said 30 mins- okay maybe it’s bit later “no biggie” I’m just starving and so is my brother.. (he’s diabetic so it very important he eats on time) 2:00 o’clock rolls around and still no food’ none! Tried calling dash for them to say call the merchant.. I call Taco Bell at 1:59 and guess what a man named Joseph (Joe) answered and stated that my “ORDER” was NEVER RECIVed! Now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund! Your manager or team lead Joseph should be fired for hanging up I a customer & telling them they’re closed when I order at “11:53” which is two hours and 7 mins before they close!! I have never in my life felt so Angry due to the fact NO ONE COULD FIX what I ordered or remake it - nothing!
