We have gone to Wings Etc. several times, and have always had a good experience. The last time we went, things weren’t quite as good as usual. I asked if they had a new cook, and Jess confirmed they did. She immediately asked what was wrong, and went above and beyond to make it right. We will definitely go back!

Great experience. Ciara was amazing. She makes sure your glass is always full. We had to get going and needed an order of tots. She made sure the tots were brought out in 2.5 minutes.

Ordered a to go order online. Had to wait extra time for food. Got home fries were cold and soggy like we’re done way before wings were. Some of wings were dry. They need to send extra sauce with order. Will think twice before do that again
