Ordered over $200. It was a scheduled order to be picked up at a specific time. It was 90 wings, 2 full orders curly fries, 3 orders chicken quesadillas. The person picking up order arrived 10 minutes early and anticipated waiting on the order at least 10 minutes. The entire order was already bagged up, even though he was early. No telling how early the food was made and how long it was sitting out. Long enough that when it arroved at my house which is only 12 minutes away, fries and quesadillas were hard and stale and all of it was completely cold. We warmed everything up and still ate but everyone complained about the fries and quesadillas especially. But then didn't save the left overs, not even the expensive wings, because we knew it was sitting out far too long. What a waste. If you can't make it fresh, and it gets done early, why can't it be kept warm instead of bagged up sitting on counter, especially spending $200 worth of food?

The times I've eaten there the food hasn't been consistent. Sometimes it's great other times it's subpar. When they are good they are good. When they aren't it's pretty mediocre at best. They have a good selection of beer, and a nice variety on the menu.

So ridiculous...pay $50 which included an ultimate nacho and got charged an extra $2.49 for extra chili on it and this is what I was so lucky to bring home...this is worse than if I didn't ask for extra. There is about a 3 inch portion that has meat on it. That's it!!! So come enjoy a meal here if ya like to pay more and receive less!!!

I would suggest the Bluffton Rd location in Waynedale over the Bluffton location. 2nd time we received our food our and sauces were not included with the meal PLUS the extra sauce we paid extra for were not in our take-out bag. I’ve also noticed food quality seems to be lacking at this location compared to other locations. Yes, I should call and complain and request my money back…..but I shouldn't have to….
Thursday night is the boneless wings special....... So I ordered six. I got One Wing and 5 much smaller pieces that were mostly breading. Two of them about the size of a quarter. WOW that's bad!

Usually have good experiences at Wings, etc. First time at this location and was sadly disappointed in the boneless wings sizes. $23 for 20 boneless. I do get inflation, but this was a little on the low standard side. I expected better and will give them a second chance later on down the road.

Food was wonderful, and service was better. Nice big juicy Chicken wings, Bavarian pretzel bites and Loaded tots were all great and the staff were very attentive and prompt
