The General Taos chicken was not spicy. The 10 pieces of "chicken" I had maybe 2 out of 10 had edible meat. The rest was grizzly batter. Plus their online menu has one buffet price but it's now $2 more than what is advertised. I won't be returning.

This is the best tasting Chinese food I have had in years. We lived in Evansville and tried many places, but once we moved to the area, I was so pleasantly surprised to find this gem! Service is always so friendly. Very clean. And food is so delicious. I crave this everyday due to my pregnancy. I highly recommend

Best kept secret in dining in the Tri-state! My wife and I have been dining at CS ever since it opened, 25 yrs? The only thing better than the food is the owners and family. Food is superb and always consistently great! Even though they are very busy, the owners always make it a point to say hi and talk a bit. We go here ever Sunday.
Parking: Vehicle parking is only a few feet from door to restaurant.
The food was good. Hot food was hot, and cold food was cold. We were promptly greeted as we walked in.Even though the lunch crowd was there, there was always fresh food at the buffet.
