Out of towner here and this place was delish! I had the pulled pork, baked beans and coleslaw. All three were great. The beans were sweet with just a hint of spice. All around a great meal!
Had the fried mushrooms as an appetizer. They were delicious with just a little kick. Entree was the fish sandwich which was wonderful. Fish was tender and flaky without too much breading and had a wonderful flavor. Service was impeccable.
I got their fried chicken for carry out for the fourth time. I think they have the best chicken in the area! very crispy and juicy. The order was ready when they said it would be and was piping hot even after my drive home to Newburgh. The sweet southern slaw on the side is amazing as well.
