Got off work just wanted to get something to eat stood there for 20 minutes when the lady finally came out she has this attitude lm sorry I wanted to keep your business open i thought that's what you do serve food but the way you treat your customers you have no business having a restaurant and I'm not the only one who has said this you are a embarrassment to the long John silvers franchise i will never be back and neither will alot of other people

I'm giving the Long John Silvers in Boonville IN one star because today was the 2nd time I found a hair in my food. Last time it was in the rice and they redid my whole plate of food. This time it was in the coleslaw and guess what they did ...they only removed the hair from the coleslaw. They didn't replace it with fresh slaw. Whoever is the manager at this location should have the employees wear hair nets considering they can't keep their hair out of the food. I'm not happy about this and won't be back! We actually liked eating at this location because it was never really busy and not crowded ...well due to the idiot who didn't replace my slaw u just lost our business!
