terrible customer service. rude and hateful employees.
The people who work there are unprofessional and use profanity even when kids are around. They don’t act like it is a business more like it’s a high school which shouldn’t be the case with adults and a manager there. Will never recommend this place
I just want to say, I go through the drive through at least once a week, sometimes more. There’s a lady, I asked her name this morning, Alberta. She has the best personality for customer service!! Of course she doesn’t know when I’m coming but, she is so consistent in her cheerful greeting in the drive through. I just had to give her a shout out. This McDonald’s should be happy to have her on their team.
