Took a hour past pickup time. It would have been fine but people who's pickup was 30 minutes past mine was getting their food.wont be getting pizza there again

We ordered our pizza at 6:02 we didn't get it until 7:39 and it's cold horrible service. Call them and all they would do would send me another one at 7:39 at night when my husband's got to get up at 2:00 in the morning to go to work they don't think so didn't even offer me a refund

My wife and I ordered a papadilla with garlic sauce. We received the order and had some chores to finish. Once we finished our house work, we sat down to eat. We noticed that the garlic sauce had not been delivered with the food item. We reached out and asked what could be done. The person on the phone explained that they did not have a driver to "just bring sauce". I expressed my understanding and offered to come in and pick it up. I explained that we would be using fuel, time etc. for the mistake of the restaurant and asked if we would just be picking up the sauce. I got told there was nothing else they could do. Some would say: "It's just sauce!". I will say: "It's basic customer service.". I would have been happy with an extra two litter. We got offered nothing more than to spend our time and extra money for the sauce that should have been there. Hopefully, there will be some lessons learned and adjustments made for better customer service in the future. --RO

I spoke with the General manager and he was very rude i tried calling for 30 minutes nobody answered the phone then finally got to them and then they say they dont even know if they can deliver our pizza and i say okay whatever, then he proceeds to cancel my order and hang up so i call back and he then tries to accuse me of something i did not say, I will not ever come back to this store.

I ordered a large pep and large cheese pizza and a order of cheese sticks. They delivered it and it was not even cut and the pizza was still raw. I called to inform them after I got them to answer the manager said it was more than a hour after it was ordered that she won't refund me. I just asked them to remake it it took 45 mins to deliver it. I had to go else where to feed my family. I am not a happy customer.

Place an order online and it had said that carry out was closing soon (5 mins) but it did not say closed for delivery. We placed the order at 8:55pm and it went thru and gave estimate time of delivery and tracking info. 30 mins went by and we realized it was close to delivery time. I checked email to track order and saw that it was canceled with out a reason.I searched the location online for business hours and saw they close at 9pm. We were unaware of thos and the online didn't stop the order from being submitted like the carry out part was. So not only are we not getting dinner but my $28 is now on a pending hold thru my bank that I now have to contact tomorrow to get it released, per email from canceled order from Papa John's. This in an inconvenience for dinner and now tomorrow with the bank. I understand business hours all but online needs to be fixed to preventing this. Didn't get a text or call either and I'm sure it was because they were closed by 9pm. That still shouldn't stop an employee that is still there cleaning/paperwork etc from contacting us.

They charge $2.02 PER SUACE after tax. It's ridiculous. Save your money and go to Little Cecuars. They only charge $0.50 pet space which is 4× tge these of the ones here.

Gave this place 3 shots. 1 of 3 times we got decent pizza. Papa D had no filling, all bread 2 times now. Cheese sticks over cooked. Works Pizza taste awful. I couldn't even eat a full slice it was so gross. We are done with this location. I'm not sure who owns this place or if it's all corporate. Terrible service and pizza.
