Latest takeout order from here was so wildly overpowered by the seasoning that it's disgusting to bite into. Ill still give two stars because at least they aren't burning their pizzas anymore. At time of writing, Boonville Papa Johns doesn't have the same consistency in quality as Evansville or even nearby Newburgh. Choose those stores if you're in the mood for Papa Johns.

I'm a driver and I've ordered from Papa John's alot , on the road and at home.
I've always had exceptional service until tonight.
Person on phone started out nice, but then became very rude !!

Placed an order for dinner tonight to watch the game with the family. Had an order wrong and when called to see what we could do, passed around on the phone and got the “regional manager” and from the jump just had hostile attitude and swore she had made my pizza correct when obviously it wasn’t or I wouldn’t have called.

This was the absolute worst customer service ever. Spent 50 dollars and waited over an hour and a half for delivery. Then they delivered one pizza nothing else we ordered. Then my wife had to go to the store and pick up the rest of our food and had to wait on them to make it. Not once was there a sorry or ill take care of it just excuses. I worked for this company years ago and know it's ran by smart people that understand customer service. The block in there today has no business whatsoever in the customer service industry.

Took a hour past pickup time. It would have been fine but people who's pickup was 30 minutes past mine was getting their food.wont be getting pizza there again

We ordered our pizza at 6:02 we didn't get it until 7:39 and it's cold horrible service. Call them and all they would do would send me another one at 7:39 at night when my husband's got to get up at 2:00 in the morning to go to work they don't think so didn't even offer me a refund

My wife and I ordered a papadilla with garlic sauce. We received the order and had some chores to finish. Once we finished our house work, we sat down to eat. We noticed that the garlic sauce had not been delivered with the food item. We reached out and asked what could be done. The person on the phone explained that they did not have a driver to "just bring sauce". I expressed my understanding and offered to come in and pick it up. I explained that we would be using fuel, time etc. for the mistake of the restaurant and asked if we would just be picking up the sauce. I got told there was nothing else they could do. Some would say: "It's just sauce!". I will say: "It's basic customer service.". I would have been happy with an extra two litter. We got offered nothing more than to spend our time and extra money for the sauce that should have been there. Hopefully, there will be some lessons learned and adjustments made for better customer service in the future. --RO
