Zero stars is still too much, but you have to give at least 1 star. Horrible! How can you order carryout and yet your pizza is delivered to someone???? With no address to take it to. Genius for sure! The food is mediocre at best, but when you add having to wait after your was completed for it to be made again....... well that's absurd. No money off, no sorry, just employees blaming each other. Little Ceasars would be better over this crap any day.

Me and my six year old daughter went here tonight. I don't know what was on the TV in the waiting room but even if I didn't have a child with me I would've been uncomfortable. The amount of cussing was a problem all in itself but the amount of sexual inappropriate comments was another problem entirely. I was extremely disappointed by this. I go here usually because it's one of the better places as far as quality of food goes. But I honestly do not think I will be back here.

My most recent visit was disappointing. The meat lovers pizza had NO Cheese on it. I live half way between this Pizza Hut and another. I ordered from this one because I had business in the area. I probably should start THROUGHLY checking my order at the register.

Tonight I order a fettuccine Alfredo pasta meal and it was horrible! The sauce was watered down and gross, the bread sticks were not cooked all the way. I’ll never go back there!
Total joke for employers. Manager (bryan)set up an interview with me & didn't even show up. Had me sitting there for an hour & a half and then ghosted me. I will forever stay away from even eating there after this.

If I could give -100 stars I would. We ordered a large supreme pizza tonight. We got a medium Mushroom only pizza. We called the store and the employee Rusty was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude and would not even attempt to fix our issue. I’ve never had customer service so bad in my life. If you are in the Boonville area, I would take my business to Papa Johns, Pizza Chef or Una Pizza. Anywhere but Pizza Hut. I work hard for my money and the quality of food and treatment I received just insures that this place will never get my business again until these issues are resolved.

How in the world to you loose a order for 20 pizzas ?? Ordered 20 pizzas for Friday night church, had someone drive there from Lynnville IN only to find out you lost the order! Don't forget there is more then one pizza place in Boonville IN. Wow
