Place was dirty. Seen a couple roaches crawling around. Would not take order at counter. Asked employee how often they clean the kiosks that they made you put your order on. Employee said they clean it once at night. Not during the day at all. Husband went to the bathroom said employee was in there and left without washing their hands.

The people are really nice everytime, but let's face it. Taco bell food is just not as good as it used to be, especially the Mexican Pizza. Everytime I order one the shell tastes like chemicals or old grease. It's foul and inedible, now I know darn well the employees know what's happening and maybe management just isn't doing nothing about it.

Was happy to see stickers on the boxes that detailed what was in each one. Too bad none of it actually correlated. Everything was randomly thrown into each box. Roommate already starting eating my food before he realized it was mine because the box was labeled with what he ordered, he just assumed his y'all got his order wrong, because this isn't the first time y'all have let us down.

I asked for no beans because beans make my stomach upset. When I arrived home I checked and there were beans. I took my food back and the 18 year old manager was rude about the return. Shame on Taco Bell.

Wow wow wow... it's been a long time since I've had to just walk out of a restaurant because of cursing and shouting workers. It was around 6p tonight and I had walked into two employees just cussing out another employee! Felt bad for the one guy because two of them ( AND ONE OF THEM WAS THE MANAGER ) short, chubby and older looking guy that was the manager. They were cussing the one dude out and being volatile. I had to leave and it'll be hard to come back here and see those employees without wanting to say something off the wall to em. Bullies is what they were

Don’t try to go in an order like a normal restaurant. The people inside will refuse to take your order and when their kiosks fail and they then can’t take your order at all they will ask you to leave and go through the drive through. Terrible service and the people behind the counter much less know how to take an order than to make the food. Laziness at its finest.
